Terrible service from the owner and terrible crawfish! Honestly if you can’t afford to boil it right or pay the right price for better ones just wait to open your business for the season . Because giving people old crawfish that I fed my son with is crazy. Hopefully you get it right and change your attitude.

I bought 2 snow crab clusters and they were dry 2 pounds of shrimp and were hard to peel besides that they were cold not going to get anything there again

I ordered the snow crab platter for pickup. From the moment I walked in they were polite and attentive. I had a question about something stated on the menu. They were quick to admit it was a mistake and fixed it when I was willing to pay extra. Within 20 minutes of picking up my order they were calling me to let me know they forgot one of my sides. I didn’t even have a chance to realize it yet. They were very apologetic and went way beyond what they should have to fix the issue. Thank y’all again for always having the best food and service!

My crawfish was hard and very dark i couldn’t even barely peel them they were so hard! The only reason i even went to them is westwego seafood was closed and they was looking at me weirdly when i was ordering
I love the food. The parking is rough but understandable. Only thing I would change is the Boudin Balls {5}, they only come with 3. Or in my case they did. Flavor is on point, love getting the bags of potatoes and corn as sides. Haven't had the crab yet but the crawfish is good.
Pretty disappointed for the quality and value. The crawfish plate pictured below is $20. You tell me if you think it’s worth it. I sure don’t.

This place is hit or miss. I've had crawfish from here and they are well seasoned. I usually order blue crabs. I am a crab fanatic and I have ordered from them many times. They had a worker named Jennifer and she was amazing. She knew me and my husband, by voice. I would call at least Once a week to get a doz of crabs and she would inform me if the catch was good or bad. I appreciated that, but now they just tell you a price and sell you whatever. I know now that I can't send me husband just to pick up, because they will sell you anything. This last time, I ordered a dozen of large crabs for $36. They gave me 12 of the smallest crabs. Smaller than my hand. Six only had 1 claw. 3 were empty. They were flavored well but I didn't get what I paid for. I called and spoke to the owner and he said that he sold over 200lbs that day and I was the only one to complain. He said that my husband picked them up and he shouldn't taken them if they weren't right. Well now, If I can't go with my husband to pick them up, and Jennifer no longer works there, I won't buy from them. I can't drive do to epilepsy, I was upset about that interaction because I was just telling my mother how good they were. Oh well, now I will consider Sals ( too expensive, but consistant) or Johnny's. I've never physically went there.
