Iāve been ordering pizza from this location for years - damn near the same order every-time. Evidently they are in a declining state as far as offering quality food and SERVICE. I used the app and requested my pizza be well done. If you get deluxe or supreme pizzas you would typically request the original crust to hold the weight of the toppings, and well done for peace of mind that everything is cooked properly. Like I said Iāve been ordering from this location for years and I have never changed the way I have requested the pizza. When I received the pizza it was burnt, or overcooked, which neither is āwell doneā and the crust was hard and thin. I politely called the store to address my concern and the āmanagerā , who had the most aggressive and hostile tone, informed me that it was supposed to be burnt because I requested well done. Before I argued with his arrogant incompetence, I just let it go because I knew there wasnāt going to be any resolve for me as a loyal customer. Again! This is my neighborhood Marcoās - the only Marcoās on this side of the Causeway - and Iāve never experienced such POOR service and food like I have this evening. Very disappointed in our familyās favorite pizzeria.

For the 1st time trying Marcos I have to say I was disappointed š I got this pepperoni bread that looked AMAZING IN THE ADD. BUT IT WAS JUST DRY CRUSTY BREAD VERY LITTLE SAUCE...LACKING ON CHEESE. THANK GOODNESS I GRABBED AN EXTRA DIPPIN SAUCE. I MAY GO BK TO TRY THE PIZZA BUT IT WAS A NO FOR ME. .

Hey, no hate to Marcos Pizza, but I saw a guy who delivers for yāall going really fast tonight (Halloween). Not cool dude. I even heard a dad yell at him across the street and Iām pretty sure he just sped past him. There were lots of kids trick-or-treating in the neighborhood totally unacceptable.

I ordered thin crust peperoni and all meat for delivery one pizza was all to the front of box smashed up. I called manager he offered a refund but I never got the refund.

Never got to eat the food, never even got to order. was on hold for 25 minutes walked in the store to see the workers were all just chilling so I left. Dominos got this money an 50$ tip.

Customer service for this store is at an all time low. The delivery person rudely asked for a tip after giving the worse service ever. She had the biggest attitude and got upset and stormed off when she wasnāt given what she thinks she ādeserved ā. After dealing with that unfortunate experience, my wife and I called the store where Jonny āthe manager ā did his best to make sure nothing was resolved either. He helped us by saying that heād talk to her. This whole situation has been horrendous.

Would not recommend. Ordered pizza for delivery, waited 45 min and called to check the status. They cancelled my ordered because they werenāt delivering in the rain, which would have be fine had they alerted me. They cancelled my order, but didnāt call, text, email, nothing. Employee only offered a dry āsorryā. Never had pizza from here before and definitely will not ever spend my money with them now. Would give 0 stars if I could.
