I will not visit this garbage location again. How you change me for the big breakfast and not give me my pancakes. Now they don’t want to answer the phone. Good cold and hash brows soggy!

Walked in to dine in and stood at counter for awhile. Employees moving about and then after-awhile one said be with you and continued never looking up as all other employees. We then walked out and went next door and was attending to immediately. My daughter’s Special Olympics was sponsored by McDonalds we are from Houston.

If you are wanting breakfast in the morning this is definitely not the place to go service is horrible. It’s like watching paint dry very slow not a quick service for sure.

I have attempted the drive thru twice each time the line was not moving. Unreasonable wait times. Left both times without placing my order. So weird, and maybe it's just my own bad luck.

Not sure if I spoke with the general manager, assistant manager or shift manager....however, she didn't seem too pleased with my one item order at the counter. If McDonald's doesn't want customers ordering at the counter maybe they should do away with the counter registers and place kiosks at all locations. Patronage is what should matter. I could have went to several other fast food locations. However I chose McDonald's. McDonald's need to consider better training and hiring methods with management. Whether I purchased an ice cream cone, a cookie, or a small fry, it's profit for them. Someone needs to explain that to the manager of this location. Horrible attitude, won't be back!

Ordered a mango smoothie via kiosk and paid at the kiosk - they didn't have the smoothie so they offered my wife a tea and lemonade - which was good
but cheaper than what we paid for.

The store should have refunded the difference.

How can the kiosk accept parent for seething you don't have?

I have been to McDonalds all over this country and in 5 other Continents around the world. This is the worst one I have been to. I was told to pull forward which is very common so totally understand. I sat there for at least 10 minutes. About 5+ cars got their orders and were in their way. I pulled into a parking spot and went in. As I was approaching the door, the lady working the drive through asked me if I had the double quarter. I said no, it was the single. I stood there at the counter for an additional 10+ minutes. I kept hearing the lady and the manager call out my order to be made. But the food preps. Ignored and I had to raise my voice and ask if my order was made. The lady told me they were making it now. Still nothing and I was being ignored when I should have been #1 priority as I ordered 20 minutes prior at least. Finally when I got my order, the manager just pointed another lady to me and said that’s that man’s order. No kind of apology or anything. The lady just handed me my order and said nothing like this was all my fault. The burger was slapped together and not very easy to eat. Just about every worker there looked uninterested in working and no sense of urgency when they screw up. By reading others comments, looks like they do that normally. This McDonalds should either close, or get rid of these garbage workers and hire people that want to work.
