Every time I come to this store I always get the poorest service. The managers be the worst of the bunch. As though they are angry they had to come to work today. Most of the employees be on their phones and trying to serve food at the same time mind you this is at 11am. Someone needs to address this store immediately.

Made me pull forward, 7 minutes later they came to my truck and took my receipt. Waited 10 more minutes to bring me part of the order. Had to go back in without a recipte to get the rest of my order.... AND THEY KNEW WHAT I WAS MISSING, because it was right next to the lady. Handed it to me like I was unreasonable. Oh and I never got a straw.

Terrible management, unskilled workers. I have attempted the drive thru twice each time the line was not moving. Unreasonable wait times. Left both times without placing my order. So weird, it's bad luck or just incompetent workers.

I was standing in line and saw a roach run across the floor then it took 20 min to get me 1 coffe hot then it was still cold aswell took them two tries to get it right
This McDonald's was having computer issues when we ordered. It took forever to get our food, and the order was wrong. Restrooms were not that clean.

Food is wrong every day. When they swap out the incorrect items for the correct ones, the food is dried and old. Out of sweet tea, says it's brewing, fills up my cup with unsweetened tea. All of this at slow business times, I hate to see the service at peak times. Won't be back.

Staff is always rude, went through drive-thru and were told to wait while waiting another vehicle pulled into the other order box and they took their order and made us wait longer. No thank you, have a nice day, nothing when we ordered finally, paid and had our food shoved at us. DONE with this location!
