This was the worst Mc Donald’s location we have ever been to. We ordered 3 meals and waited in line for over 30 minutes and when finally getting to the window to get are food she try’s giving us the wrong order. And then asks us what we ordered and she had to find the ticket bc she lost it 😡 finally getting are order they forgot half of are order and some fries are to hard to eat and the others taste like they were from yesterday. Worst place ever will not be coming back

It was one of the worst services I ever had at a McDonald's 2551 Lafitte Larose Hwy, Marrero, LA 70072 They need new management or owners, maybe both. The golden arch on Hwy 45 is always out / off. The parking lot around the building is very dark. The store appears closed at first glance. The nuggets are always old. The fries always room temperature, not hot and fresh. The employees don't give greet or salutations. The service is very slow they don't pull up waiting vehicles to move customers faster. The employees move like their confused or loss. Someone from corporate needs to inspect this store and service. The drive thru is very slow. Fries and orders just sit on the counter backed up orders getting cold. Go to the McDonald's on Bartaria Blvd, not Lafitte Larose. You'll get better and faster service. As of 02/14/2025, not much changed about the service.
Very rude staff, staff kept disappearing. When I ask for a missing ranch they refuse to give me one and it seemed like it was a big problem. Line was way too long 20 minutes plus waiting time. Horrible, do yourself a favor and stay away from this McDonald please.

Did a mobile order way before 1030. The drive through took about 30 minutes and when I got to place my order they said they aren’t serving anymore breakfast! Bad bad service! Won’t be going back.

I ordered curbside delivery because I had two kids in the car with me. Well I waited for 20 mins and nobody brought my food put I had to unload both kids. Go inside and ask the lady if their curbside delivery was broken. She literally threw my food on the counter rudely. Disgusting.
