I take my son here weekly. We always have great service and the atmosphere is inviting and pleasant. I love to get a pineapple and wild cherry snowball stuffed and my son loves the rainbow combination.

Staff seemed not to be knowledgeable of the menu products. Order had to be repeated many times and remade once, after the remake my order was still wrong but I just accepted it and walked away.

The snow cones were good. I tried the piña colada and the strawberry flavor. They have a ton of flavors to try. The prices were reasonable as well and you can have ice cream added to your snow cone if you like.

Very good experience. Few snowball stands in the region boasts such nice indoor dining settings. Helpful staff and good prices on snowballs. Other menu items are a bit expensive.

I went here 1 time and fell in love. the staff were nice and it looked like a old dinner and that's the 2nd thing I like the most. what I like the most is that the lady helped me with me and my sister indecisive by giving us two separate things for the original price! I have told everybody to go to monkey janes because of their staff and delicious treats and meals
