I am unsure what changed but it's not as great as it used to be. First off they forgot my son's bun and condiments for his burger. When they noticed they said they'd fix it for us but we waited for 10 min before anyone checked on us again. When we went to pay the bill we struggled to get it to go through since someone left our tab up on one of the other machines so the payment wouldn't go through. We also realized that the cost was higher than expected cuz we weren't aware of the price increase because the menu wasn't updated . Yet through all that they had no problem "reminding" us to tip. After that rollercoaster I will not be returning.

Would not suggest going here. Me & my husband went here on Sunday(03/16/25). When I got there, it was slow, got sat right away but waited 10-15 minutes just for my server to come greet up, and that was after the bartender said he would grab her from the back. We got an appetizer and it was good. When our food came, my steak was undercooked & my fries had no seasoning at all. Advised my server & she said she would get it fixed. Fries came back out great but my steak wasn’t seasoned at all. All it tasted like was grease. I ate my fries, that’s it. Couldn’t even enjoy my $30 steak. Such a disappointment. Won’t be back.

We love Outback Steakhouse! My steak almost always perfect! Cheesy fries is better loaded and white Ale is my husband’s favorite! My daughter eat only mac&Cheese in her “fav.restaurant” so you can believe that the place is good!

When we enter the place the floors was damp because the whether then we couldn't read the menu because the lights was so dim then our food came out my steak was rough didn't get all my food my date didn't receive all his food the drinks was water down and the place was hot the service was good they made sure we was comfortable my other guess left there food the burgers was dry
