This pizza looks like it was involved in a train wreck! I received a burnt pizza. It also looks like it was dropped on the floor and the store associate still put it In the box instead of re-making it. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. My kids were hungry and now I'll have to find something else for them to eat. I will definitely be ordering from some place else In the near future.

asked for LIGHT sauce, got EXTRA sauce. i am not able to eat often due to certain health issues causing me to get ill and this was my personal pizza i ordered specifically for me to eat and with the extra sauce, i will be thrown straight into the hospital.
whoever was on the other end of my phone call to the store was VERY RUDE, and instead of asking if i’d like it redelivered (i usually insist they take the wrong one when they do come and generally tip the second driver as well as the first) she states that i have one option and it’s for “credits to my next order” .. that did not work for me and when i ASKED for a redelivery, i was met it PURE attitude stating “well idk what to tell you it may be there in an hour it may not be” … um, EXCUSE ME??? so i very awkwardly said “okay well then you can just go ahead and do the credits thing” and that was met with dial-tone.. LITERALLY dial-tone… straight up hung the phone up..
idk who y’all have employed here but i’d LOVE for y’all to reevaluate some of the staff.

I ordered two pizzas and when I when in the young black girl just looked at me and did not even ask if she could help me. I told her I had two pizzas under my name. I gave her my money and got my change and did not even get a thank you. I will never get pizza from them again because the person working cannot give you the courteous of ordering from them. I would not have employees working for me like this. She needs some manners taught to her or be fired. If she does not want to be their she needs to quit.

I don't know what's the deal with Papa John's as a franchise, but if you don't order ahead on the Internet and make an order at the counter, the cashier seems like they have a attitude. It's all good though.. the product is still good. This location is quick, convenient and great for that Papa John's flavor you remember if you're in the area.

Shaun has a terrible attitude I placed a order today and the money was taken off my card but the order did not go through on the website I called the store the cashier told me to come in and they will make the food if I show them that the money was taken off the card so I went there and Shaun started telling me that it’s was pending which it was and was acting like I ordered at the wrong store which I didn’t and pretty much I didn’t get my food that was 40 dollars

Parking: Huge parking lot. Too many to count but id guess 100 atleast
Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly to my 1 year old son when I went pick my pizza up and gave him a sticker.
Last time order was all wrong, this time pizza arrived with all the topping slid to one side and pizza cut incorrectly, won’t be ordering from them anymore and have been ordering from them for years, same place and I pretty much order the same thing all the time, not sure what’s going on over there but I won’t be ordering from them anymore..
Canceled my order and did not have the decency to call and tell me. The person that took the order should have been aware that store carry out closes at 11.

I love Papa John but I normally pick it up. So I decided to try deliver and I got door dash pizza if I new door dash was gonna deliver my pizza I wouldn't order im disappointed my pizza was just warm I thought they had there own
