I placed an order for an original pan pizza pepperoni and extra cheese, but I got a pepperoni and sausage with crust that I'm not to fond of. I tried calling to make it right and someone picked up and claimed that they were going to send me to the right department and less than 5 minutes they hung up on me. I can't stand bad service smh.

MICHAEL IS THE WORST! So it was a guy named Noah that helped me and he WAS WONDERFUL, please look out for him ❤️but there was also a Big guy named Michael (Caucasian), he deliberately did not wanna help Noah on my order after he CANCELED IT, I get i was a little late, Noah tried to service me and had a hard time because MICHAEL did not wanna do his job or be helpful because I was late for one pizza 🤔Michael should not be team worker

Ordered the new "tavern style" pizza. Got a basic thin crust. Employee told me he "forgot to cut it into squares" open the box and it's a basic thin crust. If I wanted a basic thin crust, I would have ordered a basic thin crust. No seasoning like there's supposed to be on the tavern style or anything. Yet another disappointing experience at my local pizza hut. Should have gone to Marco's.

I absolutely loved this pizza hut. I live in Alabama. But we have family down there. We love it there. But the pizza was truly amazing, delicious, reminded me when I was a kid getting pizza hut pizza. The manager at the front was so kind. I will order again when I come down. We truly enjoyed our 3 large pizzas and bread sticks.🫶🏽🥰 He laughed at me because i asked for the containers of cheese 🧀 and peppers 🌶 cause Alabama was too cheap to give out packets no more, so he handed me a handful of both LMAO but truly enjoyed it. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The app been doing bad lately and the delivery times been averaging an hour and a half. And when they do arrive is like they seem to be scared to knock on the door. My sofa next to the door and they claim they knock on the door untill I look at the app. Then the app updates status like 15 20 minutes late. Please fix it I love y’all and order up to 4 times a week with y’all. I don’t want to have to find somewhere else to eat.

I got a pizza from this pizza hut and it was 100% awful. I couldn't pick it up with out the toppings falling off the doe was not cooked all the way it was very gooey when I was watching the tracking it said for like 2 minutes that it was in the oven and then it said on the way. They didn't cool my pizza hardly at all. It was so greasy grease was dripping off my hands from it.

Ordered my food at 2:50 and it said deliver was for 3:19. Cool. 3:30 come and it says they’re still cooking the food. I’m patient so I waited. 4:00 comes and my order tracker from the app disappeared and my order was in my orders like it was already completed. So I went on safari and it came up as preparing food. It was 4pm and it said deliver set for 3:30 at that point. It was around that time it said the driver was on the way. They left barataria and went to Estelle. It was 5:30 at this point and they were in the SAME SPOT in Estelle then entire time. Never showed up with my food. I swear Marrero food industries as a whole need to DO BETTER
