My husband and I came to this location Saturday afternoon. 2 young women baristas were working at this location at our visit. We walked in the lobby and was greeted with a smile and very professional. The lobby was so clean and these 2 young females were working hard. They catered to our needs , also told us about new flavors that PJs has at the moment. They recommended a few other options also and were very detailed at explaining the options. My husband and I decided to stay and drink our coffee because the atmosphere was wonderful! We then went and sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful afternoon! This location also offers a drive thru in case you have to grab in go! I HIGHLY recommend this location and we will be back for sure ! Thank you again to those wonderful females that were working hard that afternoon, they made our visit so Pleasant and for that we will be back to this location ! Great job PJS!

Great place near home , really sweet staff and love the specialty drinks.
Almost every single morning that I place my order online, and come and pick it up, it’s never ready on time. Sometimes I even show up 5 minutes after it says, and they still haven’t started on the order. What’s the point on doing an online order so that you can grab you order and head to work, if it’s almost never ready on time. It’s so very frustrating.

I really like PJ's. I got a small toffenut granita w/2 pumps syrup instead of 3, and I got a large iced tea w/a pump of strawberry puree and light ice. I find these drinks to be particularly refreshing -- especially on hot, humid summer days. I always enjoy chatting with the staff occasionally exchange banter with other customers. I always look forward to my PJ's visits.

I will go as far as to say I like their drinks much better than Starbucks. The atmosphere was super chill; a place that you could go to to study or get some quick work done if needed.
Pre-pulling espresso shots and storing them for use in iced drinks is not good. I ordered an iced latte - could not taste coffee, only milk. Asked to purchase an additional shot (which was nearly $5) and was handed a haltingly bitter cup of old, cold espresso.

I really hate this PJ's location, but it is the only place near me that I can walk to. They gave the most greedy policy. They insist on filling their iced tea completely with ice, and even overflowing the cup at times, to save on tea, which is very cheap. Tea is cheap. I love their tea, but they treat it like it is gold. The price is already expensive in my opinion, and if you want even a little bit less ice, then that is a Dollar extra charge for that. No other PJ's in the entire area does this. Very greedy policy, for something that is very cheap to make. They also have horrible Cappuccino, that is different then other PJ's, made from a different type of coffee beans then other PJ's locations.

Great coffee. Loved the almond croissant. But for some reason there was a little girl who said she hated chocolate milk??? Is she even human? And she ordered a hot chocolate??? Ruined the whole experience

This is the most greedy PJ's in the entire area. If you want half ice in your iced tea (as opposed to them filling the cup completely full of ice), they charge you a Dollar up charge for that. Even when I had 100 Stars to use as my free drink, they charged me a dollar for wanting the cup only filled half way up with ice. They also use darker beans for their espresso, from what I was told, so their Espresso is very bitter. None of the other PJ's in the area have such bitter espresso. My mother is unable to drink the Cappuccino at this location, and it is such a bummer, because this coffee shop is so convenient to where we live. Anyways, yeah, very greedy business practice, with the Dollar up charge for just a little less ice in your iced tea. Tea is very cheap. It is just pure greed, what they are doing. Even charging an extra dollar with a free drink, that cost 100 Stars to get. Takes a lot of spending time get a 100 Stars too, so it is by far the worst loyalty customer program I have ever seen.

It would be a pleasant atmosphere but every encounter we have with the server Hannah is very negative. The energy she carries is very nasty and distasteful. Even if you want to have positive energy her energy she carries make you turn your nose up at her and the entire establishment. She is the face of the restaurant when we arrive through drive-thru or enter the building. Hannah is not welcoming at all. Hannah does not make the atmosphere feel friendly nor does she make you feel welcome! Hannah has a Very Very nasty attitude towards customers when she works in customer service. Every encounter I have had a PJ’S with Hannah has been absolutely terrible and unwelcoming. She is not a good face to have dealing with customers.
