I keep giving this location another chance hoping it would get better..well it still hasn't. I probably spend too much on coffee and PJs is my go-to but this location has been awful since the beginning. NO consistency whatsoever...none. Yesterday my cold brew tasted like iced down milk and I am paying for coffee not ice. Hate to be that person ranting but it's that bad truly!! These employees need quality control training so this location can reach it's potential..you have no competition in this area..truly a shame!

This location needs some improvements.. I have come regularly for a while (usually a couple times a week) and almost every trip here seems to have some sort of issue. Thereās no consistency. I have ordered different breakfast sandwiches on numerous occasions and theyāll be ice cold in the middle. Employees rushing orders out or a problem with your process? On my way to work, I donāt have time to turn around and have them fix it. This is a regular occurrence. I feel like if I order food, I shouldnāt have to go heat it up in a microwave for it to be edible. Not sure whatās up with their order taking system but many times I get to the window and theyāll repeat someone elseās order back to me or donāt have my order recorded at all and theyāll have me reorder at the window. Donāt even attempt to DoorDash or get delivery from this location. I have had missing items every time I have tried. A couple of the staff are great but many could stand to be friendlier. Some are downright rude. Iāve given this location way too many chances because the coffee really is great and the rewards system is one of the best, but Iāve finally given up and will go elsewhere. You just donāt know what quality you'll get each time and I canāt justify spending money on that.

Unfortunately the beignets are only fair compared to Cafe Dumonde. The cafe ole coffee tasted really burnt worse than old time pot coffee in convenience stores. They tried but failed.

A WEEK of the same issues. Tried to give them a chance going into a new week, nope, same issues! Thought it may have been the Superbowl pressure š¤ā¦no, because now the Superbowl is over. The constant calling ācustomer serviceā to not only have the same mishaps but a different set of problems the next day is CRAZY! Mind you this has been EVERYDAY!š„“š How do you get a delivery & the next morning you still donāt have the items available??? Iāve NEVER had these issues at the PJās in Covington!!!

My husband and I came to this location Saturday afternoon. 2 young women baristas were working at this location at our visit. We walked in the lobby and was greeted with a smile and very professional. The lobby was so clean and these 2 young females were working hard. They catered to our needs , also told us about new flavors that PJs has at the moment. They recommended a few other options also and were very detailed at explaining the options. My husband and I decided to stay and drink our coffee because the atmosphere was wonderful! We then went and sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful afternoon! This location also offers a drive thru in case you have to grab in go! I HIGHLY recommend this location and we will be back for sure ! Thank you again to those wonderful females that were working hard that afternoon, they made our visit so Pleasant and for that we will be back to this location ! Great job PJS!
Parking: Good amount of parking, also handicap parking in front of building. Easy to access
Kid-friendliness: Extremely clean, friendly service , extremely safe!
Wheelchair accessibility: If you are in a wheel chair it is easy access to get into the building

Great place near home , really sweet staff and love the specialty drinks.
Almost every single morning that I place my order online, and come and pick it up, itās never ready on time. Sometimes I even show up 5 minutes after it says, and they still havenāt started on the order. Whatās the point on doing an online order so that you can grab you order and head to work, if itās almost never ready on time. Itās so very frustrating.

I really like PJ's. I got a small toffenut granita w/2 pumps syrup instead of 3, and I got a large iced tea w/a pump of strawberry puree and light ice. I find these drinks to be particularly refreshing -- especially on hot, humid summer days. I always enjoy chatting with the staff occasionally exchange banter with other customers. I always look forward to my PJ's visits.
