Very Rude , service was not what I expected they had like 5 employees in the front and I wanted to get started with my ordered nobody greet me or asked if I wanted anything They skipped me and took someone order that came out of the bathroom!!!! The management is unprofessional, you'll see them laughing in the back idk why they have kids there . I honestly love pjs I always go to the one in Harvey but this location is horrible just like how everyone that work there is . All trash and the guy that they took order from they have talked bad about him when he left from them after he got his drink !!!!! Unprofessional behavior . This place really need a whole new management and employees .

The coffee there was okay but the girl working there was genuinely one of the rudest people I've ever met. Why get a costumer service job if you cant even properly interact with people. I've been there before and was never treated that badly.

It would be a pleasant atmosphere but every encounter we have with the server Hannah is very negative. The energy she carries is very nasty and distasteful. Even if you want to have positive energy her energy she carries make you turn your nose up at her and the entire establishment. She is the face of the restaurant when we arrive through drive-thru or enter the building. Hannah is not welcoming at all. Hannah does not make the atmosphere feel friendly nor does she make you feel welcome! Hannah has a Very Very nasty attitude towards customers when she works in customer service. Every encounter I have had a PJ’S with Hannah has been absolutely terrible and unwelcoming. She is not a good face to have dealing with customers.

Our group included coffee snobs, food snobs, a picky 11-yr old, and beignet aficionados. Surprisingly good on all counts (sandwiches, coffee, specialty drinks.) Surprising because, being from the East Coast, I was girdling myself for a Cafe Nero or Starbucks kind of sadness. No worries, this is a happy place. The beignets were awesome. Were they as good as Cafe DuMonde's? I I kinda think so.

Arrived to pick up my order and my p/u time was 0940. I waited til 0950 to walk in to give them extra time. I walk in and there is no one in the store except 3 workers. I tell them I am there to pickup my order and the worker goes look for it and starts reading tickets. She asked one of the other workers standing around if they did my order n she said no so I had to wait til 1000 for my order to be ready. This is ridiculous & unacceptable. If I wouldnt have walked in would they ever had made it. Whats the point of ordering & paying ahead of time. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this store.

I used to frequent this location. I had the worst experience ever a few weeks ago and I have not been back. Probably won't be back!
Afternoon treat of beignets and coffee. This was our first beignet order since moving to Louisiana, and what a treat! Order includes 3 beignets covered in powdered sugar, served hot and fresh. Reasonably priced. They were not as dense as some we've had in the past, and were not very large, so great to go with coffee or as a treat. Ambiance is casual and open with lots of natural light. No table service, but they will clean up your powdered sugar after you leave. :)
