Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The chicken was so dry, way over fried and I've seen pigeons with bigger legs , wings , thighs and breast . I've never seen chicken so small before in my life . The last 2 times I ate there were the same way . My wife and I both had the 4 piece mix mild sides and drinks .

There is an unpleasant woman who wanted to give me what she said and not what I had paid, a despotic person, I will not return again.

Pulled up in drive thru sat for 10 min before oder before me was taken. Was told one moment and no one came back to take order. 3 cars left. No customers inside or in drive thru waiting for food. Employees just standing around. Shut it diwn

Over priced and order was messed up.. they usually are ok, but lately they've been having issues at this location.

UPDATE: wow it has definitely changed since I last visited. The night manager has such a vibrant attitude, she is sweet and very helpful she really was great and her workers were very nice as well. I love the change,even though the prices are quite high, just their energy alone made it a pleasant visit. 5⭐️

Everything was going well until I made it back to work (drive thru order) and noticed that my biscuit was missing in action and that one of my pieces of chicken was mild when I ordered spicy. It was crowded or anything to where they were busy and forgot, or maybe it was just a mistake. I will just have to start checking my order before leaving. I will visit again, and I'm sure the next visit will be better.

Got my order wrong ? I asked for mild and was given spicy. I had to return to have my order corrected, which was inconvenient for me.

This location needs a clean out. They need all new employees, the employees have the nastiest attitudes, they always get your order wrong & if you want to order anything on the menu be prepared to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru.

I was told New Orleans Popeyes is the best. I beg the differ. They are all the same. They give you the smallest wings no matter what, and the service was sub-par.

Popeyes on Barataria Blvd in Marrero, La. The service sucked, extremely slow. Also, the manager would not make a SIMPLE change to our order, so we left without getting it. I'll drive a bit further in the future if I want Popeyes.

So I’m sitting in the drive thru at this location and I noticed about 4 workers in uniform leaving the restaurant with big boxes of chicken. I pray the owner reads this and check the cameras. Cause there is a sign in the door saying the lobby is close due to a shortage or workers. That’s weird…all the workers leaving with the chicken…we are backing out 5 cars deep to let people out that have been waiting to place their orders for the last 30 mins. I call the number here and they let some lil boy answer…you know the one that drags their voice like they’re a rapper…merciful heavens..I asked him if they were still taking orders…he drags and says…weeeeeeeee gooooooootttt aaaaaa shorrrttttaaagggeeee offffff woooorrrrkkkkerrrrss…I stated that the workers just left with all of the chicken….he said….mannnnn thhhaaattttt pppprrrrooollllyyy wwaassssnnnttt oooouuurrrrrr wwwwwoooorrrkkkkeeerrrss….im like…I literally see them with the Popeyes uniforms on…he says…weeeeeeelllllll wwwweeeeee ggggoooottttaaaa dddoooooo wwwwwhhhhhhaaaattttt wewwwweeeee ggggooottttaaaa ddddoooo…of course I hung up…made absolutely no sense to engage this unrapper with any more conversation…this is pathetic and extremely pitiful. I really hope the owner reads this and maybe check on ya people cause they running this establishment in the ground. It’s sad when even radio host make jokes about yall not having this or sold out of that…so sad…I may as well go on over to Chicfila and get me a salad??‍♀️bye Popeyes ??‍♀️
P.S. I had to add that once I received my chicken, 2 gallons of gas later?it was the best 2- piece white spicy I’ve had in a lonnnngggg time from this location.
