Every time I come here it’s a at least a 30 minute wait just to get a DoorDash order. The person at the speaker will tell you they will be right with you then you will sit there for another 10 minutes just waiting on your order to be taken. Then when you finally get your order taken it takes them another 10 minutes to get through the line. All to just get a DoorDash order because they won’t let you go inside to grab it after a certain time.

Waited over 30 minutes with only 3 cars in the line. Customer service was very rude and then said they do not have salt packets for the chicken. They were out of mac n cheese, just had mashed potatoes. Looked at me sideways when I asked for a spoon for the potatoes. Will not be back. Don't waste your time here.

I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever encountered at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen March 21st 2026 between 4-6 pm I'mnot sure the exact time. This location is a complete disaster.
I was in town for a Slingshot event and decided to grab food here. I placed an online order and went inside to pick it up. When I walked up to the register, the cashier had her back turned, scrolling on her phone, and completely ignored me. No greeting, no ā€œI’ll be right with you,ā€ nothing. I stood there for several minutes like I was invisible.
After waiting about four minutes, I finally asked if someone was going to help me. Instead of doing her job, the cashier turned around and immediately started yelling, saying she didn’t have time for this and that she was ā€œabout to flip out.ā€ This was done loudly, in front of other customers, like that behavior was normal.
It only got worse from there. She continued yelling, cursing, and carrying on instead of handling the situation like a professional. When I told her she was being unprofessional and needed to calm down, she escalated even more before storming off to the back. No apology, no resolution—just pure chaos.
To make matters worse, there was another employee standing nearby who did absolutely nothing. No attempt to step in, no effort to help, no acknowledgment that a customer had been standing there waiting. Just completely useless.
After another long wait, a young woman from the drive-thru finally came over and gave me my order. She was the ONLY person there who showed any professionalism, and honestly, she’s the only reason this review isn’t even worse.
The only reason I didn’t leave was because I had already paid online and didn’t know how to get my money back. Otherwise, I would have walked out without hesitation.
This was beyond unacceptable. The behavior I witnessed was loud, aggressive, disrespectful, and completely out of control. No customer should ever be treated like that, especially for simply trying to pick up an order.
This location doesn’t just need improvement—it needs serious management intervention, retraining, or a complete staff overhaul. Until then, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Do better, because this was embarrassing.

It takes five to ten minutes for them to even acknowledge you’re there. Even when there is nobody there but you. Every time I’ve gone I’ve been met with rude service, incorrect orders, and sitting at the speaker for 5-10 minutes. As someone who works at a fast food drive through this location is terrible at taking care of customers

the women staff are so rude and have the nerve to have an attitude because you ask for the items u paid the store manger who says her name is Keisha may or may not be her name is very rude if I had a picture of her I would upload it tags how rude she was I hope they find better she needs customer service training really bad

I went to this location the evening of 12-21-25. The guy with the glass on, I don’t know if his the manager or not. But his service Excellent. The whole Entire crew was real nice.

The rude employee at the window was unbelievable. He pulled me up and told me his drive-through was full, so I had to go inside and get my food. He claimed he was the only one at the window, and he insisted that I shouldn’t have ordered on the app, as in that’s what I get.

When I went inside, the food wasn’t even ready, and when I finally got it, items were missing, and didn’t realize until I made it home. If there’s an employee shortage, this place shouldn’t be running. Let alone have employees with disgusting attitudes, especially at a place they chose to work at.

I've had many bad experiences at Popeyes, but this one was great. We ordered at the drive-thru. Communication was great, the guy working the window got our order correct and was on top of his game. Our order contained all we ordered and the food was delicious.
