Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I've had many bad experiences at Popeyes, but this one was great. We ordered at the drive-thru. Communication was great, the guy working the window got our order correct and was on top of his game. Our order contained all we ordered and the food was delicious.

This place is trash. Never in my life have I had to wait for more than an hour for 8 pieces of fast food chicken.

Yall the wait times at this location are insane……. Never in my life have I placed an order 30 minutes prior to arriving and waited an additional 30 minutes once I arrived. Do not go here unless you have plenty of time to wait on your food. Food was good and hot so no complaints with that. Maybe they are understaffed…. Not sure but do be prepared to wait for your food.

Spent 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru line after the front door was locked. Ordered through their app and got up to the window after almost 30 minutes and was told to park in The parking lot of the business next door advance Auto parts. And they would bring my food over. After waiting another 15 minutes and watch a half, a dozen other people go through the window and get served food. We canceled our order through the app and left. This place is a joke. When I saw how dirty the restaurant looked through the drive-thru window I almost left then but we had already been waiting so long And we're hungry. We figured deep fryer would kill anything that was living in there, but I'm glad we ended up not tempting fate.

We stopped by this Popeyes after trying the first time on Mardi Gras when they were out of chicken. Still craving Popeyes we went by today but the doors were locked, but we saw people going through the drive through. So we ordered through the app and went through the drive-through where we were told to order at the window. After about 10 minutes we made it to the window and told the cashier that we had ordered through the app and gave them our name.
Side note, looking through the drive-through window, we could see the state of the restaurant, which almost made us leave right then. It was disgusting!
She could not find it initially, then told us to wait in another parking lot next the store and they would bring us the order. Ok fine we parked and waited. Two other cars went through and were given their orders. The cashier did look our dirrection a couple times so she knew we were still waiting. After waiting 30 minutes of waiting and multiple orders going out, we finally left and are not waiting on a refund.
Our order was only an 8 piece tender meal.
We drove past this location after getting a chicken sandwich at Wendy's across the street we noticed the doors were suddenly open with people going in and out.
We ordered at 430 pm and waited until 5pm the store was listed as open!

Horrible service. I waited 30 minutes for my food that I never received because he waited to tell me there wasn’t any tenders. The cashier had an attitude. I have never witnessed such bad service. This happened on 2/23/25 11:30 pm.

I placed an online order my driver said they don’t have an item and the store was gonna replace it for another I didn’t get any of the items that were getting replaced and half of my entire order was missing?? How do they forget all the sides and a whole drink? This always happens here I don’t remember a single time they’ve ever got my order right.

Stay away from this one and go to the one on barataria instead. If I could leave a 0 star I would. The workers are the SLOWEST and laziest I’ve ever seen. didn’t take any orders or say anything at the intercom for a whole hour! I pulled up to the window and waited again after one of the employees said it would be just a second and then another one comes to the window and says she can’t take my order at the window and I would have to go back to the intercom and there’s no way to even go back to it without getting back on the expressway. Not to mention, they mess up your order like every single time. NEVER AGAIN!

Forever forgetting things in my order, like my rice or my biscuits or my pies or my peppers 🤷🤷🤷 The food is good but the consistency is way off

Not a good location, I’ve order here multiple times and to my disappointment the quality is bad. Food is rarely fresh and the chicken and biscuits shows signs of being held past hold times. I also have to keep returning because items are forgotten or order is completely wrong. Interior of the establishment could use some tlc as well. Staff isn’t to bad their usually polite its just the quality of the food. I would personally avoid

My experience is always great here. Shop sales or get hot healthy food instead of takeout if need a quick healthy meal.

The reviews about this Popeyes ain’t lying I just left there the two breast I ordered were the pathetic chicken look like it came straight out the salvage market fries stale asf but hot that bs was a hot mess if y’all seeing these reviews please believe them they mine as well shut the store down they giving Popeyes a bad name
