Worst place to go to get chicken.. the chicken is blander then white paint, the price is way to high for what you get. Fast food. Yeah it take them 20mins to get your orde . The crew members there are kids that play too much. There is no management it seems if there is they need to do a better job. Just go to KFC or Popeyes for better chicken

i just left. the female who was working the second window - at 2:30 july 14 is extremely rude. i’m converting my drink is wrong. with an attitude as im talking she shuts the window in my face. i try to let her know when opening the window back how rude that was and she does it again ! as i’m speaking.

Don't know the guy at the window's name but man he loves his job and it shows. First time at Raising Cane's and he made it memorable. Hopefully he sees this review and knows that his positivity makes a difference in the world.

Wrong drinks wrong sizes. Ordered Large and got regular. Had 3 sandwich combos asked for one to no be dressed just have the chicken on the sandwich and only received the chicken. Worst experience I’ve had especially being I ordered for my kids while at work and nothing was right

I love eating at Cane's. The best one in my area is on Veterans Blvd at Lake Vista. The crew is courteous and friendly, the food is consistent, and the place feels good to have lunch there.

The chicken is bland and nothing right home about the special sauce.Tastes like ketchup and mayonnaise mixed. To me it's just okay.

The manager is completely unhinged and inappropriate! My chicken was inedible and instead of apologizing to me she berated me on front of the entire dining area. Terrible because Canes used to be my favorite.
