the gal behind the counter was in a great mood. she had a great smile... and she KNEW i was going to order an extra toast!! when I asked her to add it, she smiled as if she already knew what I was going to say. the lobby was clean. Staff was friendly. satisfied MY hunger!!

Happy to discover after hours times, was perfect after both me and my daughter got our hair braided and was hunger near 2am.
I walked in to Cane's and there was a lady ordering. I waited in line while 3 other employees stood by the register waiting for the finished order I guess. It took a good 4-5 minutes to complete the order and I waited, the other employees waited. Just as she finished ordering I stepped up to order and 2 more people came in the door. Immediately, another employee opened a register and started helping them. Why was I standing there waiting if someone else could have taken my order?My 2nd time at Cane's, chicken was salty, the crinkle cut fries and Toast was ok.
I usually order the box combo or the 3 piece combo, but the chicken is not always fresh, even the fries aint...they be saggy and cold. When I go to the drive thru window I pay them $12 expecting my chicken fingers to be fresh and hot, and not chicken that has been sitting for hours, so the fries. shame on yall that is not because it should always be.
