This restaurant on Bateria and Lapalco has some of the best burgers you ever want to eat, but every time I go there, the restaurant is so filthy. I refuse to go and buy a burger from there. Floors are full of french fries and dirty. They’re never clean in there. I can’t take the site. I see when I go there, somebody need to come and inspect the restaurant by surprise is awfully dirty. I have never seen people step on french fries before but several times I’ve seen it happen here.

While the service tonight was quick the overall was a very unwelcome. Granted I went after 11pm but they were still open with absolutely no one in line. I’ve been to this store before and has been good, the times I have gone in the last 4 weeks (about 6 times) has really been falling off. And tonight was the time I felt to leave a review. First the service was bad, yes they gave the food timely but didn’t say one word to me even though I said hello and thank you a few times (very unwelcoming). The XL fries were about the size of a medium (not sure if they were out and just didn’t wank to fry anymore) but a waste of money. The burgers were ok but burnt pretty badly. I hate leaving this review, but I’m hoping they will read it and use it for a way to improve. My standards are not high at all so to fall well below tonight says something.
Took about 20 min to get to the drive through window. When I get there, the lady didnt have a clue what I ordered. Isnt automated suppose to make it more efficient?

The line was long , so we went up to the window because we only wanted fries and a milkshake. The white lady with blond hair closed the window in our face and just kept working and looking at us not helping us at all. She continued to look at us and we saw her co-workers told her to come take our order twice and she still didn’t. We stood there for 20mins and we even tried to get her attention and she still ignored us.

Got to this restaurant that was supposed to be open till 3am at 11:45pm with no one taking orders. Why advertise ur open if no one is there wasted more time there I won’t be back. I already don’t care for the quality of food but this definitely sealed the nail in the coffin for me. Taking my business elsewhere!

Employees on phone and walking around eating ice cream did not even acknowledge me at the window. Customer service is horrible store needs to be shut down dirty windows and Horrible employees. Food was greasy and soggy and been sitting on counter ready did not receive food till 15 minutes later.🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
