10/22/24 approximately 540pm. Gave then another shot. Ordered quickly at drive through. Got to the window and the white girl at the window had her back to me drinking a drink. Yhe black girl n on the other side of her pointed at me as if to day, "you have a customer at the window". The white girl at the window nodded at the black gorl acknowledging me being there but kept her back to me and never turned around to greet me, take my payment, nothing... I just drove away. That was my last effort to go there. No one was there. I guess their service has been so bad nobody goes there any more. Same situation today. Hey Drew Breeze... Maybe you should look into your franchisees... They're giving your place a bad name. Put your employees through the "Chick fil a" school of customer service.

Wife picked up some and i really enjoyed them cold and soggy. I could only imagine them fesh an hot. Waffle fries are awesome! I could eat 4 and a serving of fries to get stuffed. Sauce is a must on everything.
I absolutely love the service there, shout out to rich for the amazing customer service!!! Definitely would be back here and I WILL bring company lol.

Best burger I’ve had in a long time..perfect in all ways but my complaint is very fixable…. Change the packaging…go to paper.. no plastic bags… no styrofoam containers…

Everytime I go here I always ask for the queso, pay for it, and they never give it to me. Went there this evening once again.. thought maybe It would be different, nope. They had to ask me again what I ordered and still forgot my queso that I had to pay extra for.

I had the best experience with the service at your Marrero location, the girl at the window name was Gabby and she was just awesome!!! She was very helpful, super sweet and so very polite. It is not often lately that you get excellent service in the fast food industry but I definitely had that today and I will be back again, because of the service I received today. Customer service was 100% and it was a great experience. When I mentioned that I had tried the burgers before and they were good but I thought the buns were a bit greasy to me, Gabby suggested that I order the burgers with no butter on the buns and that was an excellent suggestion, they were so much better. Keep up the great training because it is showing in both your employees attitude and customer service.

Visiting New Orleans from Missouri and this is the first time I’ve tried your burgers. I was craving White Castle, but they upset my stomach. I found Smalls Sliders on Uber Eats and thought I’d try it. Have to say these are the best sliders ever. Way better than White Castle or Krystal’s. They taste like real burgers you would make at home and not overly processed. The only negative is they forgot to put the smauce in with my order. Was sad I didn’t get to try the sauce, but again the burger was good and if I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely get me some sliders.also these did not upset my stomach like White Castle does.
