This is my favorite boba tea place! The tapioca pearls are just the right texture and the teas are flavorful. I have tried many matcha teas and this is my favorite place to get one. I wish I could go to smoothie bubble tea every day. :D

The male owner is so friendly then the next few times I get greeted by a young lady with extremely long hair to her derriere and a not so friendly attitude. I'm assuming she is the daughter. Point being is: good customer service is a MUST!!!! Another thing is that they are one of the highest priced drinks compared to the other Vietnamese restaurants. Overall, I'd give them a "B-".

Absolutely the best bubble tea smoothie in the neighborhood!! Family business and local so its good to support them. I always come in to get the Vietnamese iced coffee (any coffee is good) and the avocado blend with pearls. The taro coconut is good too and I don't like taro or coconut but many customers get it when i come in I had to try it. Been going to them since they've opened! Very clean and friendly and give a discount if you pay with cash. Owner is super nice and friendly so don't be shy to ask questions if you're curious about a drink or want a suggestion.

The service is professional and the drinks my kids and I purchased were very good. No complaints from my kids (3 teen girls) is a very good thing. They each finished the entire drink, we will be returning for more.
