Literally shut down and turned lights out when I was in the middle of ordering on the app it stopped i pressed the button and the lights went out. Only wanted a drink after working a double with a migraine. Ugghhh

We ordered a large chili cheese fries and some corn dogs. When I got home and open my fries, I had 17 French fries and 2 tablespoons of chili and cheese on them. DO BETTER VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Yall need a whole new crew. It takes 30 minutes to get an order out. Sat at the window & 4 out of 5 kids were all on their phones. Maybe try hiring adults next time?

Ordered milkshakes 10 min before close online and they cancelled my order before I got there but I had not brought my wallet with me since I assumed my order was paid for. Once I got there I ordered my milkshakes at the counter expecting that they could do Apple Pay because I have used Apple Pay at other sonics before. I go home grab my wallet and come back still 3 min before close (after asking the worker to hold our milkshakes for us since we will be back soon and her refusing) and they won’t take any orders that aren’t soda. Additionally the last time I came here I ordered pickle fries and they were totally messed up and inedible.

My family and I have given this location numerous chances to do better with the service. For the most part, there are a few workers that care about customer service and getting your order correct the first time. The rest don’t care and seem to take issue when you send it back, wanted your order corrected. Of course these attitudes come after the tip has been given. Ordering something as simple as a slushee can be nerve wrecking. Never enough flavor even when you order extra flavor. Never the real fruit added to the real fruit slushees. Constant omission of items ordered and even the manager has an attitude when told the order was gotten wrong. Overall, I would choose another location and see if they do better. Not worth the hassle even when you elect convenience and order of the mobile site.

It's hit or miss. Sometimes they're on point and bring your food quick other times you might wait 20 minutes and get a cold bag. They've been much better recently.
