I pulled up at 8:05 tonight, 7/6/25. The girl inside told me she was closed. They are supposed to close at 9pm.
Absolutely to long! I was on my lunch break. Only one guy working and he kept doing online orders while the line was very long!! Last time coming to this location. Jimmy John’s is right down the street. Plus he had on some horrible music!
The food was nasty and the lady was rude.

This location seems to have gone downhill. They blocked the view of all the meat. Not sure why. And the vegetables are the oldest looking I have ever seen at any restaurant. A fresh product is not a priority.

The service was horrible. The woman who I assume was the manager was following at one of the employees about not clocking in right. They didn't speak as I entered the building. I had turkey & American cheese toasted and my bread was burned and hard. I didn't get to see it until I got home to eat it. I called the store and was told the manager was between store. I called Rog/Roger but no answer. Here's a picture

Quite honestly the worst subway to go to. One day they can make something, the next day they can’t make it. The employees never know what they are doing. Not to mention they had the music so loud, the women could not hear a thing I said.

My son in law put in an application over there and called to see the status of his application and the female over the phone hung up on him with no response, and he even asked to speak to the manager on shift

Subway isn't what it was. 20 dollars for this "double meat" roast beef. No reason to ever come back honestly.

No MEAT SANDWICH !! Ordered a Club 12” on Wheat toastedWhen she showed me the sandwich I was in complete SHOCK!!! It looked like mere meat scraps. A Club comes with 4 pieces of ham, 4 pieces of Turkey and 2 pieces of Roast beef. It only had like meat scraps you see at the base of a deli meat cutter. It was an insult and disrespectful to try to serve that to any customer. I would give zero stars if I could. The lady was very nice but seems like her hands were tied to the cheapskate owner taking advantage of customers not paying attention. I respectfully declined the sandwich and went to the one at LaPalco and Barataria by Big Lots and it was made to perfection with large standard Subway slices of meats!!! I won’t ever go to the Subway on WESTBANK Expressway & Barataria ever again!!! I really wished I had taken a photo of Both sandwiches! Theirs was a pathetic excuse and does not REPRESENT SUBWAY in a good light!!!!! OWNER….DO BETTER!!!!!

Vegetarian options: Don’t know how to build veggie delight. Adds too much sauce and very little veggies. Not following subway Frenchise standards.
