If I could rate them zero stars I truly would the worst customer Service, the lady had a terrible attitude at the window just because I was trying to look at the menu literally sat there under 10 seconds and she tried to rush me. Had a terrible attitude when I got to the window messed up my order and then told me she couldn’t fix it unless I sat in the line sat in the line for 45 minutes and she still messed up my order do not recommend this Taco Bell is terrible. I love Taco Bell in general, but this staff is terrible Would never come to this Taco Bell again due to the employees

Nasty attitudes because they waste my nacho cheese all in the bottom of my bag. I took it in the store for it to be fixed and clearly all she did was kept the wasted nacho cheese back up.! I was able to literally dip three nachos before the cheese was gone! I had no straws, no napkins Just ridiculous

Never get orders right and have attitude during lunch rush every time. They rush customers at the kiosk. Not even worth it get lunch somewhere else no reason to pay for the wrong order

1st off let me start of by saying I been stop going to this particular Taco Bell due to the service and they are not clean at all. By the way I do door dash from time to time, so I’m in and out of restaurants. Since I’ve been dashing I’ve never had a manager to slammed a window in my face because I asked for her name. I also asked the staff that lied and told me it was his 1st day and the managers 1st day as well and that he didn’t know her name. So I ask him his name I was told “Jamal” don’t know if he were telling the truth “he’s a young thick male” and the other girl at the drive thru window wouldn’t give me her name either. By the way I swear to you I asked them nicely but by the manager having the attitude and telling them not to give me her name. I’ve decided to go inside and get a photo of her. She’s a disgrace to your company;-| Such a disrespectful person you guys chosed to manage your company. As a person who has work customers service for over 10 years I don’t care if I’m having a bad day I will never take it out on anyone especially if I’m working for someone else’s company. She’s no only suppose to be there to represent the company she’s suppose to be a team leader and set example for her staff. I’m here to say I am a person who worked in fast food, retail, warehouse/plant work to leader positions to being entrepreneur and not one job that I’ve ever worked for I’ve never gotten write ups nor fired. Because as an adult employee you should know how to conduct yourself at all times. And I said all that to say I hope this massage reaches Corporate and remove someone like her from your corporation.

I put in a mobile order at 1:46, I arrived around 2 because the app said it was still being made. When I got to TacoBell we waited in line to get to the speaker about 5-10 min and when we got to the window they kept telling me my order was picked up which is strange because it’s a pick up mobile order. No one should’ve been able to get my order without the code I was sent. They realize their mistake on their end and obviously my order wasn’t ready and it’s 2:53 and I finally get my food I go home and it’s cold?????

Food usually good when you can get it. They seem to struggle when busy. Lobby full of people just waiting for 40 minutes plus. Staff really not bad as far as their attitudes. Just seems a lil slow with getting orders out.

This is what the new tostada looks like. No, it was not edible. Other items were missing, old hard & stale. The entire order was discarded. So gross. I do not recommend this place, at all.

The building is very dirty,the floor is filthy and when me and my family were waiting for our food one of the workers were getting them selfs drinks and not getting us our food or drinks my sister was the first person to order and by the way are 5 of us and it took 26 minutes for our food

Straight trash. The goods trash. The workers are trash. Every time I come here they hold up the drive through line for some reason. Today my husband went and he drove up to the window and the lady started yelling talking about “I don’t tell you to pull up”. Like last time I checked this is FAST FOOD. You pay for food and go to the next window.
