The entire order was completely wrong!!! They also forgot the classic stacker!! I called the store to let them know the entire order was wrong they answered the phone then hung up when I said hello!!! I had to call DoorDash for a refund!!!

one time we went in, told us the lobby was closed. now we in the drive thru another time and they’re saying mobile orders gotta be picked up in the front as in the lobby. wait time is also like 40+ mins and rude staff. obvious shortage of staffing.

This place needs to close down already. All the people who work in there giving bad attitudes and bad behavior. What comes around goes around the way you treat people, people are gonna treat you rather it be today, tomorrow or in your old age. Don’t forget that. That restaurant is going to close down and nobody’s gonna hire you you. You should be ashamed of yourselves of how you treat customers. Like I said you reap what you sow. You get what you give.
Just wasted 45 min of my life here. Did a mobile order in the app, went to get it 30 min later, the inside was packed & the drive thru was even worse, my order still wasn’t ready. Waited 45 min & it still was never made. Cancelled the order & walked out. Not enough employees, maybe if you paid a living wage you’d have more. Not the employees fault, it’s corporate. That’s corporate for ya.

The ai program used to take the order did not get the order right. When we pulled up to the window to order there. The manager said we would have to come inside to order the food we wanted!! We had our dog with us. So going inside for us was not an option. But We parked and Randy went inside to order and get the food we wanted and brought it out. We will NOT GO Back. It was too much of a hassle. Which is sad. AI ISNT the answer to everything!! We sat in the truck and ate.
