The diet coke taste terrible. I wanted the Apple Pecan salad but they had no pecans, so ordered something else. Almost every time I order the salad they never have pecans. It's called Apple PECAN salad for a reason!

This location is usually good. Today (11/17/25) the food was terrible. I ordered lg. Chilli w/onions, 4pc nuggets and a plain potato. Nuggets was the only good thing about this order. The Chili beans was hard and they added cheese. The potato was hard, barely cooked.

Unfortunately, although an order is placed ahead online, the order isn't ready when you arrive 15 minutes later. Additionally there is consistly a problem with the order when ordering from this location.

Just check your order before leaving, it'll be wrong or poor quality. They will make it right, but it's frustrating to find out after making it to my destination and have to go all the way, usually on my lunch break.

At the time waited at the drive thur 3 minutes no answer. Went in inside one person at the counter still had to wait until somebody decided to take my order. Then food was horrible. Please make some changes.

This place has become very unprofessional they don’t take orders after 10pm even tho there open until 2am. Not to mention my last 2 times ordering from here I haven’t been getting all my food they keep shorting me. The service is flat out shitty.. then ppl are just sitting in the lobby ignoring the drive thru and refuse to make food.
Went inside, store smelled, waited at counter to order, two employees just walked by on their phones. Continued waiting, fryers beeping saying filters must be changed. A joke of a franchise
