The general manager Brandon was very rude at 7:30 this morning Monday morning, August 4, 2025. I went there this morning to order some food. He told me that the store was closed at 7:30 a.m.and the store opened up at 6 o’clock in the morning. Now this is store 207 and I did not like the service

1st time to this Wendy's, I see why this one have low rating. Standing there waiting to order, worker just walk away without saying a word at least learn how to say, be with you in a minute. Then come back a few minutes later and just stare at you. Big dude that work there need to manners and learn how to greeting people. Other than that, idk does people get more fries then this? 🤣

Fries fried in old cooking oil, with black specks all over them. Burger was not hot or fresh, the wrapper was even soggy. I had to ask for my receipt. Employee was not neatly dressed and not the most pleasant (not a good representation of the company. I asked for my money back.

There was a customer sitting between the windows waiting for his food. Meanwhile the drive-thru is getting backed up. The customer was just sitting there. I went inside and the manager was like she didn't want a customer complaint, I said will you have one now.

One guy was very rude while the other provided excellent customer service . I’m the way the older gentleman approached me was very rude and disrespectful . He said that i was Being impatient but he never came to the intercom to tell me “hold one second or anything “ i though That all the crew members where absent or something but that wasn’t the case . I just Left the hospital wanting the famous baconator fries but couldn’t even get that . I left But then came back to try and apologize for whatever role i played In upsetting him. It was shutdown immediately . I even Had intentions on ordering food still but was not able to out of fear something would be done to my food .

Ordered a plain (no condiments) baconator, they didn’t put bacon on it. Also ordered a billion coffee frosty in which they said they didn’t server at this time. But I looked online and they said they server it during lunch hours. How the hell do you mess up that badly and then give me an attitude :/

The employees of this store cannot take the half a second it takes to glance at a phone screen to verify the correct person is picking up an order. Then they have the audacity to get snippy with all the door dashers who are stuck having to explain they need to remake the order since they just gave $40 of food to the wrong person. God forbid they do their job, explains why they work at Wendy’s 🤣. Just put the fries in the bag

When I pulled up to the drive thru, it was 8:00 at night. The menu boards had no lights so I could not see any prices. Some of the menus had fallen out and were on the ground where cars were rolling over them. There were two people ahead of me at the window, of which one had to pull up to wait for food. I ordered a #1 (Single combo). My total was a little over $12 which I thought was very expensive! After I paid, they made me pull up to wait. I waited 20 minutes. Someone came out and asked me if I had the double combo. I said no, I ordered the #1 single combo. She walked over to another car and came back to me after about 5 minutes. She said you did have the double, when you say a #1 you have to specify that you want a single or we automatically ring up a double. Whatever...I took my food, said thank you and left. I had to take off a patty because I cannot eat a double. The food was good but the service and atmosphere were not so great!
