I’m so happy to have seen Big Meaux’s Bayou BBQ in Natchitoches. My husband and I ordered a brisket plate and a loaded brisket potato and both were amazing! Service was quick and friendly.
Big Meaux’s BBQ catered my daughter’s wedding rehearsal and reception. We were completely satisfied and received so many compliments from our guests. Andy is easy to work with and accommodating and his staff is so friendly. The food was delicious - brisket, chicken, pork steaks, loaded potato casserole…the list goes on and it was all tasty! I will certainly be seeking out his food truck if I’m ever in the Natchitoches/Many area!
The voodoo chicken quesadillas is definitely worth the hype!!! Best quesadillas I’ve ever had. Everyone needs to try this food truck.
