Big Meaux’s BBQ catered my daughter’s wedding rehearsal and reception. We were completely satisfied and received so many compliments from our guests. Andy is easy to work with and accommodating and his staff is so friendly. The food was delicious - brisket, chicken, pork steaks, loaded potato casserole…the list goes on and it was all tasty! I will certainly be seeking out his food truck if I’m ever in the Natchitoches/Many area!
Yall!! Big Meaux’s Bayou BBQ….hand’s down the best brisket I’ve ever had. I was lucky enough to catch them in PHill today and lunch was delicious! The only disappointment I’m left with is the fact that they won’t be in our area tomorrow so that I can get more!! lol Great food with outstanding customer service.
Big Meauxs catered a meal after a funeral we attended in Many and it was sooo delicious ! We had the brisket , twice baked potatoes, baked beans , sausage and it was alll so very good ! I highly recommend them !
