They do not have ice and cannot make a special order. They don't answer the phone and you order from a call center. The driver will not solve problems but will cuss at you. Aggravating experience.

This is ridiculous. Never eating here again. I ordered a big dinner box with two pizzas that were supposed to have barbecue sauce on each of them when the pizzas arrived there was no sauce at all only cheese and meat and that was it. since we didn’t have sauce on the pizzas, they gave us three honey barbecue cups to put on the pizza ourselves. …. If I wanted to do manual labor I could just apply and work here myself. Is this the chum bucket? The wings were also overcooked and old this is the last place I would ever recommend anyone eating at literally the worst food establishment on the face of the Earth. #pathetic #neveragain #ifispendmymoneyonsomethingIdeservewhatiordered

This is absolutely ridiculous!My food order was placed at 8:23pm, I got a text stating my food was out for delivery at 9:13.I live exactly 3 minutes away, my food wasn't delivery until 9:45.Completely soggy and disgusting.Called the # & of course it doesn't go to the store because it's not a working #. I'm completely dissatisfied

Hadn’t ordered pizza hut in so long decided to give it a shot. Had a hand-tossed pizza that was so thin and under cooked that it flopped down when eating it and it was sitting in a pool of grease in the box. Seems like they are taking the pizza out early or the oven temp is too low. Will not try again just giving everyone else a heads up just go to walmart and get a frozen pizza.
Ordered online said order will take 55 minutes ok fine then almost two hours later it’s out for delivery with door dash delivering it

ordered on line.. order went through.. tracker stated in oven for over an hour.. went to pizza hut.. closed.. all lights are out.. call number corp stated they were open till 10.. not the case.. dont accept online ordering if you arent open..
