Mixed experience sometimes. The food is great, some of the portions have shrunk over the years (size of the chicken salad scoop on the sandwich specifically) but you know, inflation is rough.
The training of the staff is where Iâve been disappointed. A few weeks ago I went and took one bite of the coleslaw and had to spit it out, it was clearly spoiled. Look, things happen, tiny cups get pushed back in the fridge, coolers start to go out, etc. I didnât make a big deal out of it but I was eating there so I went and reported it.
The cashiers response was âOh, ok.â Thats it. She gave me nothing reaction wise so I further added, âYou should go tell the back so no one gets sick.â She replied, âOh yeah, Iâll do that.â But then didnât go immediately to do that despite an empty restaurant. No apology, no offer of an alternative. I didnât have the time or energy to push it at the moment, so I just chalked it up to inexperience. Didnât write a review then because I want to give local businesses the benefit of the doubt.
Today, went in and ordered my fav chicken salad sandwich(no coleslaw this time, because I can still taste the spoiled one in my mind). When I arrived the cashiers response was tending to all the trash cans: out front, bathroom, behind the counter. She followed me and out the trash down and went to the register but I told her she could finish up, I wanted to give her a chance to wash her hands. She went and did some more, took the collected trash to the outdoor dumpster, did not wash hands, came back and activated the register again. I told her I wasnât in a hurry and she could finish up. She started putting fresh bags in the cans, but sheâd activate the register every time she came back for another empty bag. She finally finished and came to the register and I asked her point blank, âYou should probably wash your hands, right?â and she laughed and said, âOh yeah, Iâm heading to the bathroom right after this.â I was kind of at a loss, so I ordered and she touched the cash register and handed me a number with trash can hands.
There is a sink with handsoap right behind the register, so I would assume it's a handwash station. I didn't see her use it and she popped in and out of the back very quickly with my food and drink, so I have no idea if she actually made an effort at washing up before serving me. It's disappointing.

This place is a hit or miss. Lately itâs been a miss. First time I brought my bf here he said it was so good, and it was. The service is HORRIBLE. Whoever is the manager back there (short dark hair) has an attitude with workers when our order isnât right which it usually isnât right. It seems like they just keep bringing in new girls who donât know the menu or how to alter if you want a different milk or no whip cream. One time my son got a smoothie that tasted like sour milk. Another time I got a chai frappe that tasted like burnt beans. I donât know how their line is always mid to long but weâre gonna find a new spot for sure. Sad because itâs a cute place but Iâm not supporting them anymore.

Came for a first time visit today, and visually the place is cute and aesthetically pleasing. However, itâs not great enough to warrant a return. We got in the car to leave and realized we never received our chips for our meal. It was not busy so this shouldnât be an oversight. Also, charging for a cup of water? Never experienced that before in my life from a cafe/restaurant.

Classic Cup has been my favorite coffee spot for a minute now. I like to order it a certain way, and it has always stayed consistent with the taste. Christina took my order this morning and was very nice/personable. Great customer service always goes a long way!

It really saddens me to get on here and make this review because I just recently moved in the area and this was my favorite place to go in the morning before work. Unfortunately, I feel like with the new year of 2024. It has been nothing but disappointments. First time I came this year the girl in the window was talking mess about the lady who ordered before me. I thought she was talking about me so I questioned her about it and she explained that she was talking about the lady who paid ahead of me which was not right to do in the drive-through window. Second time I made my order and I was charged for something I didnât order didnât go back because didnât have time and I let that slide because I really really used to love this place, but today I ordered a croissant with Canadian bacon 2 cookies and a strawberry smoothie I donât think that was a difficult order but when I got to the window, the lady asked me to repeat my order. She charged me three cookies instead of two told me to have a good day without even giving me my smoothie , and there were no other customers in line so I donât think she was being rushed. And then I get to work open up mike croissant and this is what I see. I did take one bite to taste the croissant and it taste fine. Itâs just the presentation.
