“I had gotten some not so good donuts at Meche’s on Fortune Rd. so I stopped at Keller’s to see if they had some. The very kind lady told me they didn’t make donuts, but she directed me to this shop if I wanted the very best donuts in town. She was so right! I ordered a half dozen, and she stuffed the box with 9 donuts and 2 crullers! They were amazing….I will definitely come back!“

“Got a chocolate icing sprinkled donut and a jalapeno kolache - both were soft and delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. They have hot coffee and fridges with soda, milk, energy drinks, juice, tea, and even some Sparkling Ice. New favorite place ✌️“

“These were honestly the best donuts I'd ever had in my life. The blueberry cake donuts were soft & fluffy & absolutely perfect. The boudin kolaches were superb. My only regret is not getting more before hitting the road bc I didn't know they'd be so delicious ?“

“Stopped in and we were greeted by the sweetest lady. Explained that we had never had a king cake before and that we were from Missouri. She went on to show me the different ones. And I picked the chocolate and Bavarian. She said that was a good choice her favorite too lol. If you are ever in Abbeville Louisiana stop in at Meches and pick you up some sweet delights.Thank you for your kindness.“

“Early morning kolaches from here are worth it, friendly staff as well. only downside is that they gave me ham and cheese jalapeno instead of sausage and cheese, but it was so good I was not upset“

“I am most definitely not a donut person however Rickey Meches is the best donut I have ever eaten hands down. I first tasted their donut at work someone brought it in it was warm and really tasty. So I then went to the closest store to me and on my part I went late so the majority of choices were already gone however the donuts were not hot however they were still fantastic. I highly recommend their donuts by far the best.“

“Happy Hello to everyone!!!!!!!! I recently have ordered, picked up, and enjoyed a delicious Blueberry cream cheese King cake and IT WAS MAGNIFICENTLY DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! LOVED IT!!!!!! The entire staff was incredible and the atmosphere is charming and comfortable. I highly recommend. ?❤️“
