We ordered pizza tonight the big dinner box. I got there one of my pizzas was wrong. I’m looking at the receipt with the girl to make sure I ordered it right. I had 1 pizza cheese with Parmesan and 1 pizza with classic red sauce and pepperoni. I’m reading the receipt clear as day. She is telling me I’m wrong….. after a while I had all the employees telling me I am wrong. FINALLY…… they see they are wrong. She goes back to make the “correct pizza” makes it wrong again….. so I tell her what the right one is supposed to be she goes back to start making the pizza….. comes back to ask me and make sure. At this point I thought I was getting pranked!!!! Finally pizzas are done. Pizza wasn’t that good. We always have problems with this location. But never this bad. We won’t be back.

My order was accurate, fresh, and ready on time, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. You can tell Kevin takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience. I ordered a ultimate hut bundle on January 9th and one of my pizzas was completely wrong when I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes and mid conversation another employee had to take over the conversation because I guess the lady who answered was too busy, I was told my account would be credited 15$. Today I called because when I looked at my Pizza Hut account I did not see the credit after being hung up on the first time and put on hold for an extremely long time the general manager got on the phone and said they could only remake the pizza that was made wrong and that’s it. She clearly was very unconcerned with the issue since the employees didn’t tell her about the issue and today was her first time hearing it, I will NEVER be ordering from this location again, I already was willing to give them another chance after the night I went and employees were smoking outside and the employees inside weren’t even welcoming but after the experience with the general manger today I definitely see why the staff is the way it is. Very unprofessional.

Employees smoking weed outside instead of preparing orders that come in while working store by themselves. Leaves doordash drivers waiting 20+ mins for customer orders because the pizza never went in the oven and had to be prepared from scratch.

I ordered food tonight. It was supposed to be ready at 6:01. We get there and they said it would be another 45 min to an hour. We go back and they say they are canceling orders and closing the doors. It's beyond frustrating! The guy working was very rude. Never again will I order from here.
