Great food and service! Went in today to grab a late lunch and I was pleasantly surprised by how sweet and kind the two workers were. The younger one was asking how my day was going, etc and had the sweetest demeanor. My lunch was great and everything I had was fresh. These two guys are doing a great job and I hope the owner knows it. I will definitely be back to this location. Great job fella’s!

The two dopes working behind the counter never look happy look loaded every time I go in. They never get it right on online ordering. Unless you're in there ordering and still then it's an unpleasant atmosphere. For now on I am driving twelve mins away if the kids want subway

Just like every other franchise restaurant, it's okay in a pinch for a quick & convenient sandwich. The meat and veggies always look like they're about to expire. The ladies "working" there look like they'd rather be at the dentist getting a root canal instead of being there. If you have something better to do, then you have my blessings to go. And don't get me started on the semi-mandantory tip at the checkout if you pay with a credit/debit card. I'll tip, or not, depending on your level of service. Hopefully it's just that 1 location.

Wow, what an experience! Ashley the manager helped us with a contrary gift card that didn’t work. She went out of her way to accommodate our order and was just the nicest and most charming person we have dealt with in a very long time.

Ashley touchet is a sick excuse of a manager, she has multiple bad reviews and people have been sick of her mistreating customers and her workers. I will be going to corporate and seeking legal action since the owner Ross refuses to acknowledge this problematic behavior in a manager.

We ordered online and ended up getting there a little early. They hadn’t even started the order. Okay fine so we went down the road to get something at the store went back. 10 minutes past the order time and it still wasn’t ready and they were making other people’s sandwiches who got there after us. They tried to blame the lateness on being “busy”. No the problem is you not making orders as they come in. Note to self don’t order online because your order comes last to the people who just walk in.
