Met the owner years back at a Boat Rally he was cooking for... on the menu was his Jambalaya!! The Best Ever! He came all the way down to South Texas Gulf Coast to feed all us vendors and participants! But he nailed it! I hope now to eat at his place next week!
Reminds me of my childhood at my grandparents house. The food is the definition of Cajun. You want legit? This is legit. If you don't like it, that's on you. You just don't know authentic Cajun seafood..... Sorry not sorry.....
