Belle's Kitchen #2 in Merryville, LA is a hidden gem of a restaurant. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a restaurant. The food is fresh, the portions are big, and the biscuit & gravy was homemade. It was fantastic.I'm not from the area, but if I'm passing through again I will be trying the cinnamon pecan pancakes.
Love the little small mom & pop places. We've been going thru every day for the last 2 weeks and today decided to stop and see what their best burger flag was about.We were not disappointed at all. Onions rings on point and burgers 10 stars! I recommend the BBQ bacon burger plus add some onion rings to it, and oh goodness.Waitress was friendly and right on top of everything.We will be going there again on our next time thru without a doubt.
