I stayed the night on the Sabine River while riding the southern tier trail. I was feeling unwell after waking up and the temperature was 30f, froze all night. I pushed myself to Stu's for breakfast. I was blessed with a big breakfast platter that was not only delicious but brought me back from the dead for the 60 miles that were ahead. If it wasn't for Stu's breakfast platter, I probably would have never made it to Oberlin.

A small town diner in a small town. Amazing food and amazing service! I currently live an hour away and will gladly make the drive just for their food! Very nice and caring staff as well! I wish everywhere was even half as good!

Pretty good food for a small town place. The only reason I gave atmosphere a lower rating wasn't really the restraunts fault. It was the fault of the other diners who apparently aren't used to strangers-lots of stares...lol.
