I love their pizza, it always comes out really great. The only thing I wish they would work on Is their window pick up service. I’ve ordered to-go many times, I will get a notification that my pizzas ready, and then I will have to sit at the window 10 to 15 minutes (I timed it) before they come and ask what I am there to pick up. But I will say the staff is always friendly, and the food is always great. It just makes me not want to order a pick up. I understand they are prob busy. But it have encountered this the last 3 times I have gone. That’s the only reason I am putting it in the review. I just hope that area can be improved.

I ordered a cauliflower crust veggie pizza well done. When I got home (3min) it was barely warm and not well done. I had to baked it for 15 mins. It had so many tomatoes I had to take some off. Ate 1 slice threw the rest in the trash. Wasn't happy after spending $23 on the pizza.

We have always LOVED Crust Pizza!! Before Crust Pizza came to Moss Bluff. We were regular customers to the Crust pizza in Lake Charles. We felt welcomed weather it be for just our family or anything to do with groups of friends and extended family. We never left without picking up and gathering our trash to make things easier on the waitress. We do the same at the location here in Moss Bluff.When we heard that Moss Bluff was getting a Crust Pizza. We all were so excited. At the beginning things were great!Closing is 9:00. If you are in there eating close to closing time. Make sure you get a refill if you need one. Coke machine is turned off at 9:00.Tonight I was totally shocked when my husband and I went to walk in we were meet at the door but a young man. It was 8:20 pm. He apologized but that they were closed due to Super Bowl Sunday. That they were only letting people in that was already in there. There were people sitting in the bar area that I saw for sure.I will even add this. As we were walking in a lady was passing through the parking lot. She rolled her window down and said Y’all are brave going in there this late. Y’all are going to get in trouble. Then we turned to go in and there we were met with the young man telling us we couldn’t go in. All because it was Super Bowl Sunday! And???Crust Pizza of Moss Bluff, why?! Put ALL your customers first!

Sitting at window for 15 plus minutes while the bartender comes to window and walks off at least five times after she took my card. Then comments that she is bartending and too busy for the window apparently . She had the worst attitude and now my pizza is cold because it was sitting there waiting for her to serve countless and obviously more important drinks than stop for two seconds to hand food to drive thru customers . Terrible and rude .
