We placed a door dash order for Dickeys. When we received our order of $70, $45 of our order was missing. Everything was listed on the receipt but wasn't in the bag. The bag was stapled closed an no blame is on the driver. But, the food was cold. When Dickeys first came here it was good. But now even in person the staff act like it is an inconvenience that we are there.

I ordered curbside here prior to leaving work because that’s what the app offered. I had no problem going in, and did so when I realized I wasn’t sure how to let them know I was there being the phone number did not work.
I walked in and said “I have a curbside order for” and before I finished my sentence one of the ladies behind the counter pointed at the warmer and said “it’s in there. We don’t do curbside and haven’t for a while.” I said “oh okay, that’s good to know, thank you” and left.
I got home and realized one of the sides was missing from the order. No biggy, I should have checked everything in the bag.
So my husband went back.
When he walked in, he brought the receipt to the counter and said that we were missing the side. The lady behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude, raised her voice at him, and said “we told her we were out of mac and cheese and she didn’t say anything, she just walked out. She also sat in her car for however long waiting for us to bring the food ,and we don’t do curbside anymore.”
So you knew it was a curbside order, didn’t have anyone in your restaurant at all, saw me waiting, and didn’t bother to Atleast be the slightest bit helpful? Okay. That’s fine.
Also, I never heard them say anything to me, as I was honestly in shock with how rude the interaction was to begin with.
My husband explained that the app says they do in fact have curbside and that we ordered curbside at the beginning of this month and had no issues. She said “I know” regarding the app and changed her attitude.
The food was good, but the customer service and attitudes were lacking. We will be going somewhere else from here on out.

Dickey’s in Moss Bluff is horrible. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich combo with fries and fried okra, a second pulled pork sandwich, and a blondie brownie through door dash. I received 1 pulled pork sandwich and a side of macaroni. That’s it. I was charged $38.08 for this one sandwich and macaroni. When I tried to call the number listed, (337) 419-0084, it is no longer in service. I’ll never give this place my business again and I will not recommend to anyone.

Ordered the smoked boneless wings and we received fried chicken nuggets. Definitely not worth $20! Tasted like frozen nuggets from Walmart. Highly disappointed.
Placed a to go order and they didn’t get anything right. Missing meat from my two meat plate and no sides when I ordered mac and cheese and baked beans. $30 order to get literally nothing. Tried calling, phone is off. Tried to go in before closing to get my remaining food, they’re supposed to be open until 9, doors are locked, no food available. Would give 0 stars if I could. Very upsetting.

1st time visit. Had a baked potato stuffed with brisket. Oh man the meat was delicious!!! Unfortunately the potato was over cooked or old. Had a sample of the chicken as well and it was great. I will definitely give it another try!

I just had an almost $400 order that was canceled that I was having for a new years party. The lady that just answered my phone call said that they never seen the order, but my credit card was charged and plus I received a text message saying that they could not fill my large order. I put this order in like they said 4 hours. They just lied to me and just didn't fill it. My son order at less twice a week using Doordash so they are just lieing. I will never do business with this restaurant ever again and will pass the word because the employees are dishonest.
