I ordered a pizza today for me and my fiance for date night, our delivery person was Crystal so when we got our pizza i checked it and it was horrible looking. The pizza looked like it was thrown around and it looked like a mess. This is the second time this has happened, the first time it was the same driver but all the toppings were falling off the pizza. Also, she took forever to get out of her car because she was on her phone texting. This driver either needs to get fired or taken off delivery.
Best wings hands down and the lava cakes do I need say more!

Very rude employees. Ever time we get our order it's incorrect. Always leave off our ingredients and when we call to tell them it's wrong the say we r acting belligerent. I 77 years old I don't need this in my life. They also won't allow me to finish speaking and say I am belligerent. I get sick every time they remake our order correctly. I believe they are doing this on purpose and I am calling the health department of Louisiana and reporting the workers and the location for making me sick all the time. So my husband took the pizzas back and the manager said we couldn't come their anymore and threw the pizzas they gave us in the trash and refused to make our order correct. All I can say their employees are the worst and must be of low intelligence to always make people orders wrong. Please people really think about where you get your food from before catering to this dominos.

Everything I order and tasted as I expected, a little bit greasy, but that is pretty normal for any fast pizza chain. My complaint is with the conduct of employees. I walked in and was met by woman at the front counter, who was very polite, and as she was getting my order together, a delivery driving woman walked in, turned back toward the kitchen and yelled so you think you can just call me a bitch on the phone and then be nice in person to which the woman waiting on me turn around and said shush, shush shush, and another employee turned back and said hey, not right now, we have a customer upfront. Not a good way to do business lol. This isn't jerry springer

My online orders are consistently filled correctly by this Domino's. The app occasionally has issues with online orders, but this particular shop location has never failed me down. In Moss Bluff, this is unquestionably the best pizza.

If you are ordering pizza and it's not the handmade pan pizza then what are you ordering? I absolutely love the customer service here! The food is always quick and convenient! And I love how all the delivery staff go above and beyond for your order! Highly recommended!
The pizza was good, but while I waited outside in my car, I noticed one of the workers eating. Now I don't have a problem with you eating. Just make sure to wash your hands when done before working on an order. Which she didn't. It would also be best if they used food safe gloves when applying the toppings.

We ordered a pizza and some wings, and tried to order a sandwich. They called us to let us know they were out of sandwich bread. Which is fine, but we told them we were on our way to get our order, and when we arrived they told us it wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes, even though the "estimated time" was well past. They could've gave us a courtesy call to let us know that they were super busy so we didn't drive all the way there from Westlake only to be disappointed. Also, we asked if they could bend the rules a bit in spite of this unfortunate situation and deliver to us in Westlake, which is only about 8 minutes away from our house, but again we were met with more disappointment. Extremely poor customer service and very inconsiderate.

Went there around 11 am my food good but the buffalo bites did not taste like buffalo flavor. Thin crust was 5 o/o 5 and pan pizza5 o/o 5. Lava cake warm and gooey out the oven
