Maplewood Burgers Moss Bluff

The food was wonderful! However, when we went my tea was soured, which wasn't a big deal. It happens. One of the staff members made a big to do about it when I nicely asked for a lemonade instead due to the tea being soured. She then goes over to where they pour the drinks and removes the straw and tastes it. Then she has the other staff member working there taste it. They(two of them) are loudly talking about how there is nothing wrong with it. Then she walks over to me and says,"Have you had our tea before?" I told her,"Actually yes I have." And she said,"Well I don't taste anything wrong with it." And walks off. I do not see us coming back after we were treated this way. I will say the young female with the long black hair was very nice. The other two however were not.

I ordered my food online and when I got there it wasn’t ready I had to wait longer but overall great food and good service ! This was my first time at maplewood so it was great 👍

Extremely slow service. I ordered through doordash and had to wait 40 minutes for a burger and sweet potato fries. Others had came, eaten and left before I received my food.

The burger stuff with brisket was so good and the fries were loaded with brisket and they were so good. But the best thing that I had was the milkshake that tasted just like a banana split it was 100% my favorite shake I’ve ever had.

My husband and I were traveling through Moss Bluff, and discovered Maplewood burgers. We were hungry and it was convenient so we decided to stop in and I’m glad we did. The hamburgers are absolutely delicious and so are the fries. I don’t remember the name of the waitress, but she was very friendly and explained everything about their menu and their burgers. The burgers were cooked to perfection and everything in the place was nice. We highly recommend you go to Maplewood burgers. I don’t think you will be sorry.

Service was prompt and so friendly! All three staff were pleasant. We enjoyed the classic burger, fries, onions, fries and the chocolate shake. Food was hot. Thank you!

Orders the brisket loaded fries for about $13 that were absolutely delicious. However, I also orders their macaroni and cheese for $5 for it to be the cheap $1 boxed Kraft macaroni and cheese. Was very disappointed to see this. The customer service was great but I definitely do NOT suggest ordering the mac and cheese.

Forgot the owners name but he made my experience very personal. He made sure I was happy with everything. The staff as well! The entire staff was welcoming. The environment was insanely clean and every order is made fresh for you. Love it here!
