Using the app to order ahead is pointless. Watching all the cars that I passed by in the drive through line leave and I am still waiting on my simple two item order placed before I got here.

Worse McDonald's in a 50 mile radius. They never ever have your food ready you have to pull to a waiting slot everytime. Nothing about this place is fast food.

I can not write enough bad reviews just absolutely horrible why am I waiting for 15mins in the DRIVE THRU and when I drive around to try and get someone I see the “employees” more like children rough housing I go inside and tell them to help me and he canceled my order absolutely nothing good to say

I have been to some terrible places in life but this is by far the worst, employees taking to each other in a loud and very unproffesional way, customers waiting 30 to 44 plus minutes for happy meals multiple people canceling orders, the panels taking over these restaurants was a huge mistake it's been nothing down hill since day one, I highly advice anyone wanting fast food to go elsewhere as you will not get your order properly they will be out of half of the menu but fail to tell you until after you have paid, someone from corporate should take over and fix these stores

2 happy meals, chicken nuggets w bbq sauce, 2 extra sauces please...no problem. No sauce in the boxes and when I went in to ask was told this location doesn't carry BBQ. Feeling like I'd get no help i went to the parking lot and attempted to call only to have the calls screened. I was never rude or impolite in any way. How does a location not carry BBQ sauce.

I have never, not once, been to this McDonalds and had my order fulfilled correctly. I try to avoid McDonalds because our family just doesn't really choose McDonalds often. But they got my order wrong again for 3rd time after going tonight to save time and that'll probably be the last time we give then a chance at redemption.
