I placed an order through the drive-through and asked for an egg and cheese bagel with no sausage. I confirmed this again at the first window, and the employee said he edited the order.
However, I still received a bagel with sausage.

I went inside and explained the issue to (what I believe was) the manager. She asked the employees to remake it with no sausage.
But when I got to my workplace and opened it, it still had sausage. This has now happened twice in the same visit, which is very disappointing.

Update: 7/25/25 6:23pm why bother ordering thru the mobile app when you will still have to pull up to a reserved spot to wait on a Happy Meal?! Just a Happy Meal!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

10am Sunday morning. Ordered breakfast was told to pull into spot 1. Waited 20 mins and called inside. It's like they totally forgot about is. They bring out the food 5 mins later. No butter or syrup for the 3 Big breakfasts we ordered. No utensils!! Waffle House can not open soon enough!!!!

Poor McDonalds, this used to be a place of family integrity, customer priority and group enjoyment. I haven't encountered a McDonalds employee that could stand on their own let alone take care of customers, employees are downright rude, unmotivated, under trained and dirty. I stopped and ordered 2 ice cream cones one in its original form one turned upside down in a cup for my grandaughter. What a loop I threw them for, it took me 3 explanations and 3 employees to explain that cone In a cup monstrosity!! What a waste of human space these employees are including all management. The founder would be humiliated!
