Using the app to order ahead is pointless. Watching all the cars that I passed by in the drive through line leave and I am still waiting on my simple two item order placed before I got here.

Hit or miss to say the least. Our orders have been incorrect and sloppy the last several times and more often than not they have you pull into a space to wait for your food, even if it’s a simple order.

So happens every time I come to this location.(drive thru person instructs to pull up and we will bring out your meal) " i ask may I please have ketchup in bag".
Other employee brings out my bag with no ketchup and I have to go back in and get it.
Comical actually, been happening for years.
I think I will give Wendy's more oppurtunities!!!
