Went in to get Boudin and cracklings..The black man waited on me..I asked for the cracklings with alit of fat on them..he complained.. cracklings are over cooked..it's supposed to be what the customer wants not what the employee wants to give.. normally I get good service but not from him..

Made a run from texas Bought $125 worth of Boudain Sausage Cracklings.Crackings great sausage great Boudain OMG had dark dried spots about 2 lbs of it. Look at what u buy? My fault for not looking but them people should know better and spending $125 Dollars.?? Go figure.Good luck BE AWARE
