Atmosphere in our car was terrible! The two gkids fought and yelled at each the whole time we were there. They were rude and couldn't make up their mind about what they wanted to order. Spilled food and drinks in the car. Car hops didn't help corral our kids, they could have helped keep them in the car. We finally chased them down before they ran onto the highway.

Every time I go to this sonic, I’m left waiting 20-30 minutes. Several times I’ve had to go to the door because they refuse to answer the call button at the stall and I want to ask about my order. Today, not only did I have to wait over 20 minutes, but when I went to the door (again, they refused to answer the call button), the young man inside was exceedingly rude. I literally cracked the door open and told them I had been waiting over 20 minutes, and he said, “Yeah, you’re going to have to wait.” I canceled my order. I will not go back.

On this day at this time service was slow but good.

The food tasted horrible. Took 2 bites of my burger then threw the rest away. The car hop couldn't bother to give me a straw for my drink, a fork for my husband's chili and cheese tots or napkins. Save your money and go somewhere else

Waited for 30 minutes and no food. Asked what the problem was, and everyone was completely lost! What a joke!

This sonic gets our drinks wrong almost every single time. We don't even bother ordering food here anymore. The car hops are nice enough but it's not worth the time and effort to even go at this point.

Went to Sonic for a chili cheese coney combo asked for mustard and onions on it . When I got the coney it had more mustard than anything . It looked horrible the only thing that was ok was the fries and the cherry coke. The customer service was horrible the little guy that brought my food out wasn’t friendly didn’t speak , and acted as if he didn’t want to hand me my order in my hands. I know everyone need staff and people need jobs but a pleasant attitude goes a long way. Treat people how you want to be treated. The customers make your paycheck.! I always tip but he didn’t get one . If you’re having a bad day stay home. These people need a training in customer service 101.

My burger had no meat on it. I drove all the way back to the store, asked for the manager, he looked mad he even had to walk outside, did not offer an apology or anything, didn't even bring the burger back out, had a car hop do it. I only gave it 2 stars and not 1 bc the car hop was super nice and she did a good job with my ice cream toppings. I've had it with this place though definitely not the first time.
