We love Starbucks but unfortunately this location gets our orders wrong or the drinks just aren't made well the majority of the time. We've gotten regular milk instead of oat/almond, regular sugar instead of no sugar, caffeinated instead of decaf, etc. which is disappointing because people in my family choose those things because of dietary restrictions and health conditions so a lot of things we would get and modify we are afraid to get anymore because they may be made wrong and have adverse effects. We thought it was because it was a newer location with new employees but unfortunately we have been many times and have this issue most times even with different employees working.

30 minutes for an iced tea that is already premade.
Dispite the store saying it opens at 5am, it apparently doesn't start serving people till 5:30am or maybe even 6am. I don't know the excact time because after 5:15am I have to leave for work and can't enjoy any of my favorite coffee.
If you have 45 mins to devote to getting a coffee in the morning - definitely go here. Even when you mobile order ahead of time. Either it’s short staffed or people aren’t moving quick enough.
i’ve gotten frappuccinos at least 6 times from this location and they’re always melted.
Amazing customer service they are so friendly at the window I was having a hard time today they we just so upbeat and friendly it just made my day my drink was amazing I just loved how every drink I ordered has been spot on!!!!!!

Ordered 2 of the new berry lemonade refresher 20 mins before closing but they gave me the regular ones even tho I was very specific by the time I got home I didn't have time to get the correct one since they had now closed so mine went to waste. I knew I wouldn't like the regular so I wanted the lemonade. Very sad since I don't like the regular I tried it & it just wasn't for me. No one reached out to have it replaced either. Not very good customer service or problem solving.

The service is horrible along with the wait time. This is the worst location regarding that out of all the area Starbucks. An extreme disappointment.Update (added 1 star back): I was able to reach out the CS. They listened and made sure I received my refund for the inconvenience. They stated they would forward my complaint to the store. Doubtful anything will be said.

Nice workers but terrible coffee it always taste burnt or like they've never had coffee before
This Starbucks is horrible. Long lines, long waits even when the lines are short. Taste isn't the same as other locations. We usually order 5 drinks per order and it takes 10 minutes between each drink. Employees are young and apparently don't drink coffee and are not familiar with the drinks. The lemonade is a concentrate that is mixed with water and they can't even get that ratio correct. Moss Bluff drive to Lake Charles for Starbucks. You will probally get back to Moss Bluff faster than waiting a long time to spend $6 on a drink that is of poor quality.
