Place is not clean anymore. The coke machine is not clean. Floors were dirty. Not used to that at this location. The manager is great and staff are great but he needs to get them on it. I was afraid to touch the screen on machine bc it was gross. Ok carry on lol

the apple pecan salad is awsome. if you haven't tried it yet you're missing out. My wife loves loves loves the Taco salad. Moss Bluff Wendy's is a great place to get a fast meal

Very upset have gone to the Wendy’s off of 171 in moss bluff twice and ordered a biggie bag first time they made my sandwich wrong next they gave me spicy nuggets instead of regular after I asked multiple times at the drive thru if it was correct. Tried to call big surprise no numbers work. No wonder they don’t care about the correctness of the order. I tried to call 5 different Wendy’s to see if it was a fluke nope it either hangs up on you right away or rings non stop and never answers. So disappointed in Wendy’s do better

First of all they rushed me to order and kept saying “what else” after I said something and did not read my order back so I didn’t even know if she got everything she didn’t finish giving my total she said 37… and didn’t say anything else. I got to the window and she said 38.99 handed her my card and then handed me everything and rushed me out of there I didn’t even get to ask if everything was there and I leave and realize theirs no bbq sauce at all. They didn’t give me the whole 5 dollar meal deal all they gave me was the burger no nuggets or fries. Like come on at least say have a good one or something like that. Human decency is a thing.
