These are really the chicken skin, and fat, and a little meat and are deep fried BUT NOT breaded. It makes a world of difference. It is a drive through food truck, not a restaurant so service and atmosphere don't really count for much ;-)

I bought the strawberry white chocolate on a whim. Didn't know it would be the best lil cheesecake, ever! I'm so impressed! Some store bought is iffy. Not this, I already recommend it to my daughter's! I will definitely go back and buy more.
