I gave it a 3 star because of the supervisor was hollering and fussing with the workers loud everyone heard her she should have not done that to me that's unprofessional. The food could have been better if not rush to make it and fries was warm.

I wish the management would teach these employees some respect. I simply asked the person taking my order for a specific food item. And the manager or person in charge behind her got smart and said, you know we don't have a JR BK King. I mentioned that was a rude remark to her employee. Besides the bad manners the restaurant was trashy. There was trash on the floors behind the counter. I'll never eat there again!

Went through the drive through where half the menu doesn't display because it's broken, waited 15+ minutes to get my food and was not given my full order or any sauces, had to go in to get it fixed where I was first ignored then begrudgingly given the rest of the order before I could ask about the sauces the associate turned around and hid in the kitchen.

The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude and said the ice cream machine was down. Then she asked me to pull up off her timer for my order. Not only did the car behind me get their order before me they also got ice cream that they apparently didn’t have

I ordered some 2 orders chicken Fries, and a shake today. The employee told me to pull up ( I did that many times and waited forever), I told her no. She gave me a refund and told me to leave. She made the milkshake already, and her other employee was bagging up my order. She wasted the milkshake and lost a sale. The owner of this one must be proud to be running a business like this.
