Beautiful scenery and superior service. Need to back off on the pepper. Not everyone can have it. And much of your food is now peppered. Tomato soup should not have a spicy kick. Spaghetti neither. Chili ok. This is why I did not give 5 stars. Remember, pepper can be added at the table if one wishes, but it cannot be removed from a dish.

Took a ride out to Cafe’ Jefferson Sunday 2/22/26 with my brother Gerald to have a afternoon lunch.. We both ordered the crab meat, au gratin.! PICTURES ATTACHED.! It was the BEST EVER in a restaurant that I have ever had. Not 1 shell in either dish and it was FULL of crabmeat and had a cheese cream sauce that was absolutely delicious. Best ever and with the short drive from Lafayette. Service was superb and restaurant was immaculately clean.! 25 stars if I could. Please share...
