I had a very disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A in New Iberia, LA. My husband placed a full order for both of us, but they failed to include my main item – a 3-piece chicken tender – even though they did include my drink and sauce. I had to drive all the way back to get what should have been in my original order.
When I explained the situation to the employee at the order line, she completely ignored me and showed no concern. At the window, another young lady only made sure I knew I had to pay for the chicken tenders instead of acknowledging their mistake or offering any courtesy for the inconvenience.
This location clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or the extra time and gas wasted when they mess up an order. Because of how poorly this was handled, I would never recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone.

Been to lots of Chick fil a thats way more busy and this is the worst 1 as for coordination of drive thru.
I was in no hurry at all but slow is an under statement. 34 mins is not normal New Iberia!!
Also having 1 lane coned off and opening it when the open lane fills up puts numerous cars ahead of the customers that were already waiting.And to top it all, sorry we are out of bar b q sauce and ketchup.

Nothing is more annoying than spending $40 on breakfast and not getting chicken on our chicken biscuits. Happens frequently.
