This place is going down. I've been here a handful of times over the last 18 months and the food and service was mediocre. Staff seemed like they didn't even want to be there. If they want a bigger lunch crowd, they need to push out food quicker too. Not sure if I'd return.

This was mid in my kids opinion, just saying! The waitress was not trained well, the food took forever, even though we went when it was less busier than usual. I went with my husband and five kids, Schmadeline, Shcmily, Schmeau, Schmenry, and Schmuke. They loved the food, and so did I, but the service was just not that good. The people that arrived after us already got their food and left before we had even gotten our food, and it was already getting late.

Took over an hour just for chicken strips. There were maybe 5-7 tables. So they were not at all busy. They said the kitchen was backed up. Not very clean. The waitress was nice.

Went Friday night at 1900 barely anyone there. Walked in and the host said it would be 20-30 minute wait. I asked why due to all the empty tables on both sides of the restaurant and he said they were short staffed. I counted 8 different servers in the place . So we waited about 20 minutes and were seated in an area with only one other table of 4. The waitress was at their table when we sat. When she finished she turned around and walked away never coming to see about us. This went on twice more over a 10 minute period, the only table she ever serviced. So we got up and left, on the way out we were able to save another 2 couples that had arrived in the parking lot before we left. Floors were dirty, all the staff were not in a good mood. No one was moving with any urgency.

Food is always hot and fresh, but the lack of service is the main issue at this location. If you're there for lunch break don't plan on getting in and out in time. Instead order online, then ask to sit at a table and eat.

Called to verify we could order to go as we are on lunch. We arrive and no one was able to take our order. Arturo Pacheco was very rude seems like he didn't want to work there we wasted our time it was 7 orders total.

Atmosphere and waitress was good, however the dishes was dirty not only one but a few, spoon 3 plates, and some of the food was cold. Weird thing happened, the dessert was served before our entree.
They don't answer the phone for to go orders and it's always dirty inside.

1/2 hour wait so wanted to sit in the bar. We were told no. Its was lessthan half full. Restaurant was half full? Reseption was turning everone away? We left and spent our 400$ elsewhere. Wont go back to this one

10 to 15 minute wait with empty tables and empty seats at the bar. The bar literally has three people sitting at it. We turned away from the bar told that it would be a 15 to 20 minute. Wait as well that the bar tinder could not keep up with the four people that’s sitting at the bar And show you numerous booths with no one sitting them and there’s a 15 minute wait and we have been here 20 minutes now
