This was the second time my wife and I went to this restaurant. First time was horrible. Thought we’d give it a second chance. Was a waste of time. Manager wouldn’t even come to the table. I mean, if you’re the manager of a restaurant buck up do your job. The server did OK for her job kitchen totally messed up the food. My wife got her food. I was expected to have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for mine to get right so we decided against it and just left. Next time I’ll know go to Wendy’s they’ll at least make everything and I’ll get it on time for a better price. I really don’t think I would be as as frustrated as I am if the manager would’ve just done his job come to the table and talk to us, but he didn’t. Been to a lot of other chilies around the country from Minneapolis, New York Seattle a lot better service a lot better quality of food and managers who actually do their job and go to do table touch and I know the manager knows what a table touch is

Rude disrespectful manager named Lynn hung up on my wife twice after she told her our daughter had a dumb question before dinner but instead of just telling me she was the manager she kept hanging up she finally told me last time I called
Didn't get to stay. Sat at the bar to watch sports and get a brew. No one served even though there was a bartender making drinks. Then someone came up and said no one can sit at the bar and we'd have to wait for a table. This despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't even a third full....We left. Sad because I visit Chili's nationwide. And to have this happen is inexcusable.

This place is going down. I've been here a handful of times over the last 18 months and the food and service was mediocre. Staff seemed like they didn't even want to be there. If they want a bigger lunch crowd, they need to push out food quicker too. Not sure if I'd return.
