love the food at gattis. the management & customer service are terrible. everyone understands that they have rules & policies to follow, but there’s no reason to be ugly & rude to their customers. get your food togo. their attitudes (all of the workers.) are ridiculous.

Extremely dirty and filthy place. Barely any pizza out. Employees putting each other down. Barely any clean tables. Very rude and unprofessional employee's. Got angry and upset if you asked to make a pizza since they had none out. Would not recommend walking into this place. 1st and last time I will ever go there again

Service was so bad. I find it incredibly insane that they claim to have good customer service yet just because I am a former employee of the place, when I decide to come eat here over 6 months later I am given dirty looks and they laugh with eachother about me, but mainly the redhead staring at me. all people above the age of 18 while I’m a minor, not even 17 yet. Everyone who walked in the place before and after us got greeted, me and my dad were the only one who wasn’t. All employees except maybe 2 or three were giving us looks the whole time. Incredibly disrespectful that i was being looked at before I even stepped foot inside the building.

Had 2 pizzas on the buffet table and I asked if they was going to add more I was told “they got pizzas” Everytime I come in this store this girl(pictured) is just rude and I mean everytime and I’m not the only one. There was a couple behind me that said “man she is rude” I told them that’s literally everytime I come. The pizzas are never cut all the way so I try cutting them and she gets mad(or maybe her face just Stuck like that) takes the pan from me and cuts it. Cut it right the first time and I wouldn’t be tryna cut it. Look I get it people have bad days. But this is everytime I come here! If you hate your job that much you need to quit. If you can’t provide customer service with a smile in the food industry, find another job. If you’re that miserable in general, seek some help! Rant over get it together Mr. Gattis!!! Also the fact that I have to pay if I’d like to join my family while they eat is wild! If a family of 10 has paid and I’m not hungry I should be able to sit and talk with them and not be asked to wait at the door or outside for them to finish! Yall made yall money off of my family, allow me to sit down and have a conversation with them. It blows my mind how greedy yall are! That policy needs to change and it needs to change NOW!

I come here on my lunch break sometimes for a good priced meal when I'm hungry. They open at 10:30am, and I go to lunch at 11am. Today, I walked in, and was instantly greeted. Unfortunately, there was no pizza ready, and it seems like they just put it in the oven. I ate a salad and some pasta. Pizza was not put out until almost 11:20, 50 minuets after they have open to the public. Another person was also there experiencing the same. I only get 1 hour for lunch, and to have to wait at a buffet style restaurant seems off. The staff was happy and not rude at all, though. There are good things and bad things about this restaurant, and I can happily say that the good outweighs the bad.

I was with my daughter who lives out of state & a friend. They each ordered a buffet & I ordered a sampler to go. When my pizza was ready the manager kept rudely repeating that I couldn’t sit @ the table if I didn’t buy a buffet, even tho I had just spent almost twenty dollars on a pizza! I understand rules but I am a great grandmother & being spoken to by someone who could have been my granddaughter with a bad attitude & a condescending tone was completely uncalled for! And this is why people don’t eat local. Disgraceful!
