My husband, son and daughter went eat around 2 p.m today wanting to take our daughter to celebrate her birthday, we pre ordered $50 dollars in pizza to go., So we can play the games and take hour food togo on the way out. They said we couldn't play the games unless all 4 of us got buffets, with my $50 dollars of Togo food sitting their at the counter, I just said ok I'll pay for the four buffets then. So pretty much we paid $40 to play the games, pretty much we were told to leave. Unbeknownst to Mr Gattis expecting my family to leave after paying for $50 of food Togo, knowing we were not going to eat with 4 pizza right next to us , No we didn't eat, but My promises are Priceless. Very tacky., desperate calls to increase revenue.

I don’t ever bash a business on Fb but tonight at Mr. Gattis in New Iberia my granddaughter wanted to go to Mr. Gattis as her Birthday dinner with all our family and my friend and I because we were not eating were asked to leave because we did not buy a buffet! We had eaten prior to going and was not going to pay for a meal and not eat! So now I don’t get to spend time with my grands because of a lil B$$ch . And not to mention I was going to spend money in the game room for all my Grands! I’m so angry right now!! I will never go back there! I would never treat people the way they did!!

The manager and two other workers was back there fixing pizza without gloves and when I ask he said it’s not mandatory to wear them because n a restaurant why not it need to be some have gloves and some don’t even the manager was grabbing that cheese with his hand and the other two fixing pizza with no glove is cross contamination is important right so I have the right to not let them fix my pizza

We are in new Iberia Work construction on US one of the guys on my crew was his birthday so we took him out to dinner. We got there at 7:10 PM for an all you can eat salad bar. It sure is funny they have to make it for you on a small saucer Not a dinner plate like most Salad bars do. All you can eat pasta yeah right basically season tomato sauce with a little bit of hamburger in it very bland. Took three bites slid it to the side. As far as the pizza goes, they had five pizzas on the buffet. They were a various mix of the pizzas that have been made throughout the afternoon and evening some of the The pizzas had like four different flavors of pizza on the same pizza most of the pizza. The sausage was dry. The pizza was hard warm at best and you could tell it has been on there for quite a while. I asked the manager if we could get a fresh combination pizza he explained to me that it was within a half hour of closing and company policy is no fresh pizzas Within a half hour of closing, I was wondering why there was nobody in the restaurant itself. Everybody was getting their pizza to go. I now understand why just a word of advice. If you’re looking for a pizza buffet, I would definitely go to Somewhere besides here and just so you know, we did ask a refund was not an option before we ever started eating the pizza they had on the buffet might’ve been good for a treat for your pet at home, but it definitely shouldn’t have been served to customers. I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews. People need to know this place is straight trash. Their staff is compromised of all teenagers. There might’ve been one adult present, but He sure didn’t act like it. after I done my review, I was given an email number to contact computer generative not done by very unprofessional and impersonal for faster service. Please call us phone number provided. Customer service is pathetic on your so-called pasta all you can eat salad bar, but the person behind the counter has to make your salad on a saucer, not even a dinner plate never seen this before in my life. I can make you one promise you would stand a better chance of shaving a bad years balls than ever getting me to visit one year’s pizza locations. I don’t need that kind of aggravation in my life , going to your restaurant to eat dinner because I give money to a panhandler at a stoplight money switches hands. The money is gone and you get nothing in return and I asked the manager about paying for the drinks and the salad. and refunding the rest of our money for your tomato sauce with hamburger in it so cold pizza, pasta sauce, and your dry crusty ass pizza that snap a tooth off against company policy to refund. I hope you guys your business practices are very prosperous and future, but it’s going I don’t see much of a future, thank you and have a good day

The pizza tastes like everything is low quality. We really only go when the kids specifically ask for it. That said, the workers have always been nice and helpful. The gaming area is better than anything else I'm aware of in New Iberia. Overall, I'd say you go there so the kids can have a good time, and the workers are nice. Just don't expect much from the food.

Have suitable expectations and you probably wont be very disappointed. Food is mediocre but decent, staff was friendly . Atmosphere...its a place to sit and eat pizza from a buffet .
To start it was myself and 2 kids and my mother that went to eat. I had already eaten at home so my mom was buying the lunch for her and her grand babies. They would not allow me in to go sit and eat with them because I didn't want to pay 15$ to just sit and watch them eat. We then proceed to say well can we at least let the kids go play the games in the back. Still the answer was NO I still had to pay to basically enter all the way into the building! I'm sorry but this is ridiculous! I told them they could watch me to make sure I didn't eat! Still NO! So my mom had to get her money refunded after paying and after my son (10years old) had already went fix his drink. My daughter cried because she couldn't have her drink or go play the games (she is almost 4). So if you think your going and just sit to be with your family and you don't want to eat.. GUESS AGAIN!
