I come here on my lunch break sometimes for a good priced meal when I'm hungry. They open at 10:30am, and I go to lunch at 11am. Today, I walked in, and was instantly greeted. Unfortunately, there was no pizza ready, and it seems like they just put it in the oven. I ate a salad and some pasta. Pizza was not put out until almost 11:20, 50 minuets after they have open to the public. Another person was also there experiencing the same. I only get 1 hour for lunch, and to have to wait at a buffet style restaurant seems off. The staff was happy and not rude at all, though. There are good things and bad things about this restaurant, and I can happily say that the good outweighs the bad.

I was with my daughter who lives out of state & a friend. They each ordered a buffet & I ordered a sampler to go. When my pizza was ready the manager kept rudely repeating that I couldn’t sit @ the table if I didn’t buy a buffet, even tho I had just spent almost twenty dollars on a pizza! I understand rules but I am a great grandmother & being spoken to by someone who could have been my granddaughter with a bad attitude & a condescending tone was completely uncalled for! And this is why people don’t eat local. Disgraceful!

So many rules, couldn’t sit with my family if I didn’t pay even though I wasn’t going to eat. Workers were so rude. Couldn’t bring a birthday cake in the resturant. Some of the maccoronni in freezer burnt. Food left out too long turned stiff. A lot more problems

Was there with a church group. One of our members was told to leave because she didn't have a meal although the room was set for the meeting and several of us also did not have a meal or even a drink. The female manager, blonde and rude, made our guest leave. Then as we were leaving, she cut me off in the parking lot, dd mouthed what seemed like rude words and sped off in front of me. Being in the service industry, she should not have temper tantrums or take her Karen moments out on the patrons of this fine dining establishment.

After pre ordering and paying for $50 of Togo pizza, my husband, son, And daughter wanted to go play games together for my daughters birthday , we have a 3 year old son that is hard to take out places with us, so to make it easier for all, we were going to just grab our food Togo, Expecting us to leave knowing we already purchased $50 worth of pizza. I paid the $40 to play the games ware we spent a few hundred as well, The tacky., poor management and customer service is a big disappointment for Mr. Gattis. I guess we will have to stick to Chucky cheese, I always wondered why we didn't go to Mr Gattis, living a few miles away. I definitely know why we never went to this establishment now

My husband, son and daughter went eat around 2 p.m today wanting to take our daughter to celebrate her birthday, we pre ordered $50 dollars in pizza to go., So we can play the games and take hour food togo on the way out. They said we couldn't play the games unless all 4 of us got buffets, with my $50 dollars of Togo food sitting their at the counter, I just said ok I'll pay for the four buffets then. So pretty much we paid $40 to play the games, pretty much we were told to leave. Unbeknownst to Mr Gattis expecting my family to leave after paying for $50 of food Togo, knowing we were not going to eat with 4 pizza right next to us , No we didn't eat, but My promises are Priceless. Very tacky., desperate calls to increase revenue.

I don’t ever bash a business on Fb but tonight at Mr. Gattis in New Iberia my granddaughter wanted to go to Mr. Gattis as her Birthday dinner with all our family and my friend and I because we were not eating were asked to leave because we did not buy a buffet! We had eaten prior to going and was not going to pay for a meal and not eat! So now I don’t get to spend time with my grands because of a lil B$$ch . And not to mention I was going to spend money in the game room for all my Grands! I’m so angry right now!! I will never go back there! I would never treat people the way they did!!
