Order was not complete . Coleslaw and biscuit was missing in a box for $15.00 damn dollars.No one in the drive through but me and they cannot get an order correct . This is just pitiful . This is why there aren't people patronizing the business .

Fantastic food and very fast service once we ordered. They were short staffed so a little wait to order was understood.
I paid 31$ for an 8 piece family meal, we received very old chicken and rock hard biscuits that were probably very old also. I tried to call the manager but no one answered the phone, I will never go to this KFC again.

The girl at the drive thru was rude. I asked for original and got spicy. Also ordered Cole slaw and it wasn't there. The biscuits were very hard. New Iberia food places are not good anymore. ?

I showed up 30 mins before closing and they tell me they have already shutdown for the night. What’s the point of having hours of operations if you are going to close at least 30 mins before closing time? I can’t stand lazy people.

I Got the chicken sandwich to get the Diablo rewards. The chicken was basically jerky. Tuff and dry the frys where cold. Only reason I'll go back is to get the rest of the diablo stuff. Will maby try the nugets next maby thos are less difficult to mess up.
They have the most friendliest folks over there especially Monique. She's always smiling & knows who you are.Crispy Chicken & mash potatoes are so good.

ABSOLUTELY GROSS, CHICKEN WAS WAY TOO GREASY AND NOT CRIPSY! All the skin slid off to the bottom, and not much for a large mashed potatoes. Definitely a waste of money!

First time going to this establishment and we stopped in after an appointment and it was right on time for lunch. Walked in ordered our food and in no time we were sitting and having our lunch. Everything was great! From walking in until we finished eating and walked out. Great place to eat.

We stopped in here a few weeks ago, as we were returning from the casino, for lunch. My wife and I ordered the 3 piece regular chicken and fries. Their chicken is not what I remembered at KFC as a child. It was bland and did not taste very good at all. Because we were hungry and had ale=ready paid, we choked it down. I will not ever eat here again. Popeye's will get my business from now on. They have the better taste in chicken.

Went to KFC today and noticed the updated menu and higher prices. It ridiculous that fast food price are going up. They supposed to be cheap and affordable. That why they exist in the first place. That excuse to use inflations as a reason and taken advantage of it is getting out of hand. I would rather spend that money at a local food establishment where you know the quality is there.
