We ordered 3 egg rolls and got three little burnt spring roll looking things. When we called, their response was if you order 2 egg rolls, you get egg rolls but if you order 3 you get those. Whatttt??? Also, The Crisy Chicken had no chicken, just batter. No wonder there were only 2 people eating in the restaurant at 5:30 pm. Food was greasy and didn’t get what we ordered. Last time we will go there. Terrible
It is with great regret we must leave this review. We have been frequenting this restaurant for two many years to count. The food is good, but service this past year is not. In addition to this management sure does not understand the art of obtaining and keeping loyal customers who will support and recommend their business. If you are looking for a sweet, delightful treat, I would like to nominate Kim’s “Honey Apples”! I have been to Kim’s 3 days in a row this week, including yesterday! I’m not sure how Kim’s does it, but I pray that they don’t ever stop doing it!
