The last few times we have come to this location, it’s always an excuse as to why our food gets messed up, forgotten, or the service takes at least 30 minutes in the drive thru for a drink!! This is absolute bs!!! Something needs to happen with the staff either being retrained properly or something within management!! I can’t even get in touch with anyone if I call the store. It just rings with no answer.
This is generally a decent enough place for me. I've been in love with their manager for months and I know I would never have a shot with her. But her smile and her eyes have me so enchanted and when I could make her laugh it always lit up my otherwise miserable life. But I'm nothing more than just another customer to her. So I'm sad to say I doubt I can go back anymore.
So our burger was bleeding. Drove home 5 miles and back to McDonald’s and the lovely manager only refunded the price of the quarter pounder meal. We ordered a double cheeseburger meal also, all we asked her to do is to refund the entire ticket.. for our gas, time and their mistake.
So, pitiful leadership, and to lose a customer for life. Next stop...corporate McDonald’s!!!
